Nice hotel, very clean, situated few steps from the train main station.
Kind staff that helped us with all our requirements.
The unique problem was the temperature in the room. The AC was ready for winter and during the days we stayed at the hotel was very warm with no possibility to lower the temperature . So we had a very sweaty nights.

A fanasating visit to this historical city.We were thrilled it was advent time as the Christmas markets were magical. The historical sights were extremely interesting and the Zwinger could rival Versailles!.We went to the opera and the experience was first class. The shopping area could not be bettered.Gastronomically excellent. The Ibis we stayed in was a superb base.

Everything as expected for an Ibis hotel. Pity that wi-fi in the room is so expensive, but works OK at reception for free.
'Blackout' curtains let in a lot of light especially at the sides and bottom. Fan in bathroom not working. These items not really a problem for me so didn't complain. I know they say they will fix things rapidly but I didn't want the hassle after a long day travelling.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre and the main railway station. The staff at the reception are very helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent and leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen staff is very efficient and some are kind and helpful. The only criticism concerns the lack of WiFi in the guest rooms.
