I booked this hotel last minute as our previous accommodation fell through and I didn't want to spend a fortune on a hotel. This hotel had a deal on a different website so had a relatively good price considering other options and the location and proximity to Hauptbahnhof (Main train station).
We had no problem finding it (provided you come out at the right exit from the metro and that way it was a less then 5 min walk from there or you can also take the tram for 1 stop.
The hotel was good, I've got nothing to complain about (we didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that). Staff friendly and helpful both at check in and check out. And as mentioned before, location was just great, everything within walking distance so we were very happy with everything all together. Even the Wifi worked in our room on the 1st floor once I connected (using the free service option! )

The location was great- very short walk to some major attractions and literally right next to a train stop. The staff wasn't all that friendly but not mean or anything. The pillows were HORRIBLE though! You had to fold them like 3 times to get even a little support. Also, almost every night we could hear the bass from music being played somewhere nearby- this usually started around 10 pm and ended around midnight, so earplugs might be a good investment. The rooms were clean and good sized I thought. No free WIFI though and not even a computer in the lobby to use so that was pretty disappointing since we were traveling from the US and could only use our phones to look at maps and stuff when we had WIFI. If the location of this hotel hadn't been so good, I would give it only 2 stars.
