"Good location, 20 minutes walk to central train station and restaurants nearby. Quiet, warm and comfortable. Only downside was that when we arrived, no one was at reception. We tried messaging the reception's number but the reception does not have WhatsApp so we could only contact them through the Expedia messaging system. Receptionist arrived 5-minutes later."

"Really friendly helpful staff, very clean and modern hotel and room. We travelled with children and the rooms are really family friendly and they are given a really cute kids pack when arriving. Really nice breakfast and dinner and the bar area has loads to do. Literally only downside to the hotel was that the walls to the hallways are quite thin so it can be quite loud when people are walking allong the hallway, especially if they're drunk!"

"1st Class hotel with 1st class staff, the hotel was in a good location, close to shops and attractions, Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Supermarket is close by, aswell as plenty of eating places, Rooms were clean and comfortable with tea & coffee making facilities, there was also a fridge and a safe in the room. I would definatly stay at this hotel again when I return to Cologne "
