Don't let the 30 miles from Houston or Galveston scare you away from Alvin. There was not hardly any traffic to both places. The hotel is brand new and the place is beautiful. The staff was wonderful, they changed our room to a larger room, no questions asked, they just did it. They had homemade candy waiting at check in and lemonade for you to drink. The housekeeping did an immaculate job at keeping our room clean. The only thing that I found boring was the breakfast. We were looking for a waffle iron so we could make waffles. But the breakfast was hot. But you know, for the price and the cleanliness of the hotel, who cares. We will book this hotel again. Oh, yea free wireless internet. The beds were extremely comfortable, first hotel we stayed at where I didn't miss my bed at home.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. I have stayed at very high end hotels. Most dont compare to how nice this hotel was. Super clean! Spacious and very comfortable beds. Staff was super friendly! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

“Great hotel for couples and family!”

Pleasantly surprised! The hotel looked brand new. The staff was right on top of anything we called down for. It was not loud very nice and quiet even though many family were staying at the same time we were. It is located only about thirty mins from the beach. Walmart is right down the road. Easy access to get to. Very pleasant!!!
