This hotel was not centrally located and also wasn't in the best part of town. Although it was a short 5-minute walk to the train station which made getting around easy to all parts of Lisbon and Sintra. The front staff was all very rude, except for an older gentleman who was very nice. The shared bathrooms always seemed either dirty, had constant wet floors, no toilet paper, or the doors didn't lock. The wifi never worked, even though it showed as a high signal, it would say no internet connection for all devices we tried. The double room was large and we were provided a pack and play for our baby to sleep in for free. They also provide free bottled water daily, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was average for Lisbon. The park across the street was very nice and clean. Overall the stay was worth the price, although they can make some improvements to the facility and staff training.
