worse experience ever very bad smelly room didn’t even stay come 2am night n leave early morning if possible need my money back never used again this application in the picture this hotel was totally different but in thé reality this was treble experience off my life i stay in £20 pounds hotel much better

Older hotel with beautiful marble floors. Rooms are showing their age, but it is charming. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to park for free on the streets all around the hotel.

HORRIBLE PLACE
This place is absolutely horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms look nothing like the pictures advertised. There was metal over the windows, no lightbulbs in the light fixtures AND blood on the pillow case. My friend and I called a cab and swallowed the loss of the hotel to stay somewhere else. Hotels.com should not even be advertising this atrocity and this is coming from someone who has backpacked through mexico and central america, sleeping in hostels. It is located in the crime capital of portugal. So much so that postmen havent delivered mail there in over 2 years. DO NOT STAY HERE

My mistake, there was no bathroom in the room and the sharing one was very basic. The hotel smell like javel and cleaning product. I had a bad reaction and my nose was stuffy. This is an hotel for workers that just stop by. I will not recommend it for other purposes.

I felt that the price was a bit high for the quality of service they offer it was very poor. The place needs renovation, Portugal it’s a country that they have a variety of good food and the breakfast was very poor and every single day it was the same kind of food. I believe they need to improve their quality of service and sharing bathrooms were not really hygienic, and I had to pay an extra 160 euro to have a private bathroom room. When I opened the tap the water was coming yellow/dirty water. However, in general I did not enjoyed much my stay.

Good hotel considering the price. The staff of the hotel are quite responsive and friendly. Lima was especially helpful when I arrived in Lisbon. It is also very close to the train station which makes the commute to and from Lisbon easier. The hotel needs to improve on the quality of the breakfast though.

For me this is not a good choice . yes it is cheap but it is not comfortable. the neighborhood is not welcoming. the hotel itself is not promising. yes the staff are helpful. I was supposed to stay there for 3 days but after 24 hours I decided to check out. I didn't care about the the money I paid all I want to do that time was to get out from that place. Sorry I don't like it there is nothing great about the hotel and the area. Portugal is beautiful excluding that place.

Unpleasant stay
When we arrived inspite of assurances given by yourselves, no meals were provided. It was rather late and being tired we had to do without a night meal. Reception staff not customer friendly and helpful except for one employee. Very curt and obnoxious. Toilet not clean and very unhygenic. Grotty and had a foul and nasty smell. Had to continuously bring it to the notice of the reception staff. Though towels were changed we kept getting hand towels rather than bath towels. Brought to notice of reception personnel. On a positive note the waiting staff however were very pleasant.

Front desk people at night were rude and have no idea about how to treat people. They need to step up on this. The area is good although local. I liked it. Very neighborhoodish I like to hang out with normal people and locals. I had to pay for a safe key which I should not. That should be part of the hotel offers actually. The shared bathroom had no safe lock only a little chain. The shower curtains were falling down all the time. They need to upgrade this hotel or leave it as a hostel quickly.

This hotel was not centrally located and also wasn't in the best part of town. Although it was a short 5-minute walk to the train station which made getting around easy to all parts of Lisbon and Sintra. The front staff was all very rude, except for an older gentleman who was very nice. The shared bathrooms always seemed either dirty, had constant wet floors, no toilet paper, or the doors didn't lock.The wifi never worked, even though it showed as a high signal, it would say no internet connection for all devices we tried. The double room was large and we were provided a pack and play for our baby to sleep in for free. They also provide free bottled water daily, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was average for Lisbon. The park across the street was very nice and clean. Overall the stay was worth the price, although they can make some improvements to the facility and staff training.
