Definitely not a 4 star hotel, even by Italian standards.

Lovely hotel and great value!Posted Aug 18, 2013
Pros: Sea view with private balcony
Cons: no wifi in rooms
Location: one of the most beautiful, scenic locations along the coast! Definitely beats central Amalfi!
The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean, although we did have to wait an hour until our room was ready (after check in time). The rooms were great value and have a sea view with private balcony. They also had sky tv. The pool was well looked after and managed very well. The food was good at the restaurant and reasonably priced, with very friendly staff. Overall stay was great!

Location and view to die forPosted Aug 17, 2013
Pros: Pool, staff and location
Cons: Pool guy
Location: Simply amazing!
This is our second visit here and probably not our last. Family run hotel with a view to die for. The pool and the location is what brings this hotel to the forefront. The food at the restaurant is fantastic however the menu does not change year on year. Generally the staff are very friendly and helpful apart the guy at the pool. The rooms are comfortable but basis but that is general for the area. It is worth the price bracket the hotel falls in and we will be returning.

4-star view in a less than 4-star hotelPosted Aug 15, 2013
Cons: room, pool closes at 6pm
Location: beautiful Ravello just 3 minute walk
Any hotel that has a shower curtain in the bathroom should not advertise themselves as a 4 star hotel. The room was simple, the bathroom was outdated. the furniture was old. The hotel does have a four star view from the room! Worth mentioning also is that this hotel advertises a pool, but closes the pool at 6pm, which is inconvenient when you come back from a day trip at the end of the day.... 3 minutes walk from beautiful Ravello, in my opinion the most beautiful and charming town in the region.

Awesome views..5 star service by the staffPosted Jul 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Loved the friendliness of the staff...they were spectacular. The town of Revello is very cute..and has a lovely little center with restaurants and shops just across the street and under the bridge...two minute walk.. Quiet and quaint, it is located atop a hill and has wonderful views. it is a bit of a drive to the seaside towns...but the rates are lower than those of Amalfi, Sorrent Positano etc... we would highly recommend Hotel Graal.

The moment we arrived the staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean, the restaurant was great-food and service! It was also nice to be within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. The best part is every where you looked there was beauty!

Great to relax!Posted Jul 9, 2013
Pros: The view.
Cons: Staff, but it is normal... usually italian people do not give a good customer service.
Location: 5 min. walk to the centre.
The view is great. There is a lot of hotels nearby but anyone has the view that this one. You can stay at the pool looking for the great view (so beautiful). I am quite sure that you will love it.
