“Very comfortable and peaceful. Superb views”

The hotel is situated on the side of a South East facing slope with great views of the coast - all the bedrooms have this and it's fantastic to wake up to such a beautiful sight. Our superior room was well appointed with sky TV, minibar and a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quite quiet when we were there (end April) but we liked it that way and it didn't affect the quality of the service or the food which were excellent. The restaurant is one of the best we tried in Ravello, though quite pricey, and we ate there three times in 5 days. Breakfast is an extensive cold buffet which was more than adequate. The lounge is cool and has the same great view. A big plus is the off road parking (valet service) for a very reasonable 11 euros per day - it is very hard to find parking in Ravello otherwise. The staff are very friendly and were happy to speak to us in English - much safer than our poor Italian! We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Wonderful hotel in Ravello”

Absolutely love this hotel!Every room over looks the bay, wonderful staff, great service.Location 2 min. walk from the bus stop.If you are looking for a great place to stay on the amalfi coast this is the place.Great price, large rooms in a lovely hotel.Can't say enough, was the highlight of our italian trip!

“A decent hotel in a good location.”

We liked this hotel, but it couldn't compete with the more elaborate hotels we had in Sorrento and Amalfi. It was clean and comfortable, but pretty plain. We did have a great balcony, with a table and chairs, overlooking the water and town. The view was fantastic. The staff were very nice, but didn't speak English as well as the staff in other hotels. The location was GREAT.

“Views to die for!”

If you are looking for great views, convenient location and best service, this is the place you should stay in Ravello! The staff is very helpful and attentive, the rooms are large and very clean, the on-site restaurant has great, fresh food and best views in Ravello, the buffet breakfast is marvelous. The free internet access is a plus. We recomend this hotel and restaurant without hesitation!

“Lovely, Affordable Ravello Hotel”

In a very pricey area, finding something that is affordable AND nice may be a stretch. Hotel Graal was a modern, clean hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel may not have had the history and luxuries of some other nearby hotels, but the view from our balcony was just as stunning as anywhere else. Centrally located with a generous breakfast buffet.

“Stunning location and views in a stunning village”

Before I travelled I read some mixed reviews of this hotel, but my impression was entirely different. Yes, the hotel is a modern building, rather than historic, but the location and views are to 'die for' and with an outdoor pool that appears to hang over the edge of the hill. The staff were universally and absolutely the friendliest and most helpful I have experienced in many hotels. The evening restaurant serves excellent food and staff couldn't have been more helpful despite a late arrival. The hotel could not be better located for all the key sites in Ravello. Some may not like the modern interior - and the breakfast room is perhaps a little bare - but our bedroom was great and to wake up to THAT view!!!! I would not hesitate to go back again

“Outstanding Amalfi Coastal View”

Hotel Graal reigned supreme. This hotel was a gem amongst nearby 5 star hotels with a view of the Amalfi Coast that reigned supreme. Family owned and operated with an exceptionally helpful staff. Fabulous in house restaurant and a great location if you want to enjoy the quaint town of Ravello or take a short bus ride to Amalfi. Breakfast in the am comes with your room and was a buffet style setting that was more than generous. We will return!

very good value in a city that has very expensive hotels.visit the other hotels for lunch or drinks,but stay at the graal for value and warm family ownership that is always present. location is one block from main piazza and the ravello concerts in the ruffalo gardens.

“would like to go when weather is better”

We stayed at the Hotel Graal virtually alone. It was off season and during our 5 day stay only 1 other room was occupied. The owners were very welcoming and showed us around. There are some very nice rooms. The view is good from the hotel. There is a new auditorium next door to the hotel which is amazing. the villas Ruffino and Cembrone near the hotel were fantastic.

“Ravello”

Enjoyed the stay at the Graal Hotel, staff helpful, wonderful views. Would definitely use this hotel again very convenient for bus stop for public transport ( only 100 m from the hotel door).
