“a relaxing stay”

we enjoyed our visit very much but, it was sometimes frustrating when no one appeared to be available to answer queries during the day. on the whole the staff was helpful and polite. the hotel is not suitable for anyone with a disablility as there are a number of steps.

“Beautiful view from outside terrace. There is only one "sea view" room.”

The location of the hotel is excellent, however we paid for, and did not get, a "sea view"room. We were told that there was a problem with the plumbing in the room we were supposed to have. Actually it was occupied. The following night we were put in a "delluxe' room, facing the sea with a skylight and 12 inch window on the floor. (no sea view) When we checked out, we were not compensated for the night we were in the "garden view "room, or for the fact that there was no "sea view". we were then told all the rooms were deluxe. The people who attended in the mornings with breakfast were very nice, but not honst about the room situations, which affected most of the guest while we were there. We felt very mislead for the money they charged.
