Hübsches Hotel in guter Lage mit eigenen Strand.Posted May 25, 2015
Pros: Siehe oben!
Sehr freundlicher Service!

Great LocationPosted May 13, 2015
Pros: The hotel grounds were impeccable. Location was perfect for those who plan to visit towns in addition to Amalfi (Positano, Furore, Conca, Sorrento, et
Cons: It may have been the American in me, but the bartender and restaurant staff weren't very welcoming. That being said, all other employees were great.
Location: Great location, private beach, shuttle service to Amalfi, close to Fiordo di Furore and Conca dei Marini
We stayed here for a week on our honeymoon. At first I was a little hesitant about the distance to Amalfi town (close, but not exactly walking distance). After visiting the town, I was very pleased that Saraceno was somewhat off the beaten path. In addition, Bar Baglio Wine Bar & Lounge is just steps away and have great food, drinks, and hospitality. This came in handy when we were looking for something quick and easy (they are open until 10pm). If you are up for it, I highly recommend renting a scooter from Salvatore at Amalfi Scooter Rental. We were wasting a lot of valuable time waiting for buses and shuttles to get to various destinations and this gave us the ability to get around town more efficiently (and a better all around experience). Another MUST SEE is Fiordo di Furore just 5-10 minutes from the hotel. It is a picturesque cove of water with very little tourist traffic. There is a nice bar/restaurant on the beach as well. The village of Conca dei Marini is just a stones throw from the Saraceno beach. It doesn't look like much, but you will be pleasantly surprised if you stroll down from the main road (1-2 minutes from Saraceno). There is a small sign at the top of the stairs advertising the beach and restaurants (very easy to miss). After walking down the stairs you will meander through historic buildings and end up on the beach which is home to three restaurants. We ate at Ristorante da Michele and were very impressed (good prices/gave extras without charging).

Scenic hotel.Posted Apr 28, 2015
Nice hotel with excellent view. Room was very nice and clean. It's a shame that there is no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast is nice but poor for a 5star hotel! Waiters are very nice and attentive.

A bit surprising quality of servicePosted Nov 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very Disappointed with the service at Saraceno particularly during the evening and night although the day staff were excellent. It is unethical to charge for items without telling you the price. The bar man charged about 4 times as much for a local wine bottle of wine and when I asked to see the pricelist, he briefly pointed to a list and took it away before I could see it. I refused to buy the wine bottle even though he opened it. When I went to complain to Reception, the bar man was already up there before me... and the staff at reception refused to give me his own name when I expressed my concern and he wasn't helpful.

The views to see from this Hotel were fantastic, know words can say enough. The staff needs to be more friendly and make you feel comfortable there. Everything else was great. 41/2 stars

Pros: Just about everything.
Cons: The WY-FI would hard to get onto and stopped working several times.
Location: The whole Coast of Amalfi is just spectacular. There were great restraunt's near by.
My wife and I were on our honeymoon for this trip. The hotel was all that we expected it to be. The beach was very nice, the staff was extremely helpful.

Fantastic Hotel !!!Posted Oct 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
A very special hotel, built among a cliff, with it's own beach and pool. Price is affordable, staffs are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend to have dinner at their restaurant, taste is good and waiters are very experienced. With free shuttle service to Amalfi city.
