“Excellent Amalfi choice”

Set about 150m from the main square, this hotel is a delight. Nice, bright room overlooking the narrow main street, comfortable facilities and a respectable breakfast. Very happy we selected this place.

“Perfect stay in Amalfi”

we stayed 5 nights here as a base for seeing the Amalfi coast. We could not of picked a better choice of hotel. Being on the 3rd floor, the hotel is tucked out of the way from the street below and is less than 5 minutes from the Duomo, bus station and ferry port. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and really did help to make this trip for a special birthday memorable. Our room was very clean and had a great window with a view of the mountainside, a jacuzzi and table & chairs to relax. Breakfast choice was plentiful and you can even request it on the roof terrace which overlooks the bay and Duomo. Definately recommend and would stay here again on return to the area.

“We heart Ferdinando”

We arrived and were extremely please to meet Ferdinando, a very zealous and accomodating gentleman who worked at the front desk. We arrived late and he graciously showed us to our room with a smile. He and the rest of the staff were also very helpful in organizing day trips from Amalfi. The location is somewhat difficult to get to as driving on a one-lane pedestrian street is challenging, however it was great to be in the centre of the town. In future, we will likely opt for a villa but l'Antico Convitto is definitely worth checking out, if only for the incredible service and character of Signore Ferdinando.
