“Great find”

We spent six nights at The La Rosa de Venti and loved every minute of it. From the time we walked in the door, Mario was the upmost host and made us feel welcomed in his inn. Positano can be challenging to maneuver about but the location seemed perfect to us. It's kind of in the middle of everything you would want to do. A nice choice of restaurants within walking distance, close to the local bus stop and a little further to the Sita bus stop. It was a short distance from the street but then there are only a few hotels that are right on the street. Keep in mind that there are many steps to climb throughout your stay in Positano. There were many steps down to the Fornillo beach but it was direct and got easier each time and that also helped work off some of the extra calories you can't help consuming. Breakfast was served every morning in your room at a time specified by you. If I had to find any fault it would be that they offered more choices or mixed up the variety of items. The shower in our room was on the small side which would have been an inconvenience for a bigger person. The views from the private patio were breathtaking as well. Rates were reasonable, room was clean and bed was comfortable.
