Beautiful place.Posted Aug 7, 2013
Pros: Dining under the lemon trees.
Cons: The internet connection was a bit patchy.
Location: Breathtakingly beautiful.
My son and I have just come back after spending five nights at Costa Diva. It is a beautiful and very special place. The views from the gardens and the restaurant are stunning. We dined in the hotel three times and the food was delicious. We found the staff in the hotel very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and very clean and quiet, even when there was a wedding party in the hotel.. Praiano is quite a small, quiet place which suited us fine. It is easy to walk to the beach at Marina di Praio and the SITA bus stop is just outside the hotel if you want to explore other places along the coast. We loved our time at Costa Diva and hope to return soon.

Five star staff and restaurantPosted Jul 15, 2013
Pros: Great hotel and dining.
Cons: No pool but the Med was close-by. Maybe a drawback for people who like pools
Location: Great location. Accessible and a good base to visit Amalfi town, Ravello, Capri, etc
All of the hotels in the Praiano/Amalfi coast area enjoy wonderful views over the coast however Locanda Costa Diva has something pretty special. The staff (Fillipo, Antonio, the restaurant staff, the housekeeping staff). We stayed in a Superior Room which had a jacuzzi bath with a view over the Amalfi coast - very pleasant after the long drive from Rome. The staff looked after us and the food was delicious.

FabulousPosted Mar 23, 2013
Pros: The staff and the views.
Location: Perfect for exploring the entire region.
Costa Diva was paradise. Breath taking views, incredible staff, delicious food, and so much more. Filipo and Nicolla were so accommodating, you couldn't have asked for better service. Close to the bus stop, so easy to make daily trips up and down the coast. A perfect location to visit the entire Amalfi Coast. Hope to go back again very soon!

Beautiful setting, ordinary roomsPosted Jan 8, 2013
Pros: The garden, the view and free parking.
Cons: Two single beds pushed together with uncomfortable crack between, plastic disposable cups in lieu of glasses, concentrate juice at breakfast.
Location: Fabulous, but like most of the Amalfi coast, be prepared to walk up and down quite a few stairs.
This hotel is located in a beautiful setting, but the rooms are really very basic for the rates charged.
Hotel in Praiano, ItalyPosted Oct 25, 2012 on Hotels.com
hotel is clean, have to walk down about 500 steps and then back up another 50 to room. "Window" was one window in the door. Room teeny tiny but clean. Right on "cliffs" overlooking Meditaranean but had to open door to look at view or go outside. Shower barely big enough for 1 person (if you weigh over 200 lbs you'd never fit into shower). Restaurant is cute but "different". Basically it's outside -it's under a cliff overhang with clear plastic walls to keep out weather (which was fine when we were there in early October). Free breakfast was fine.
No better view on the Amalfi CoastPosted Sep 23, 2012 on Hotels.com
The hotel, although somewhat aged in the decoration of rooms, offers a very welcoming family-like atmosphere and an absolute stunning view of the water. The restaurant also offers very good mediterranean cuisine at a very reasonable rate. If one wants stunning views, a natural setting, and can do without the standard of a top-western chain hotel, this is the place to book.

Endless sunshinePosted Jul 9, 2012
Pros: Cleanliness and friendliness
Cons: Local beach not fantastic
Location: A central spot to explore all the Amalfi coast has to offer
Fantastic setting, and the service and cleanliness of the hotel cannot be faulted. Got used to the buses and the many steps that come with the area...does wonders for your legs however! Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone interested in using this a a base to explore the Amalfi coast
