My fiancé and I stayed five nights at NH in Amalfi in late March 2022 as a precursor to our wedding that's scheduled here in October 2022. Although we committed to the venue and hotel sight-unseen (we are from America and this was our first time on the Amalfi coast), the entire experience exceeded every expectation we had -- from the breakfast buffet and dinners at Dei Capuccini restaurant to the phenomenal staff to the astonishing views from up on the cliff in which the venue is situation -- we are astounded by how magnificent of an experience we had (and this was only the trial run before we're back with all our friends and family come October!).
Worth noting is that the airline lost our luggage so upon arrival to NH (and for the three days that followed), we had essentially nothing but the clothes on our backs. The concierge staff and Flora, in particular, was extremely instrumental in getting us our luggage back. Flora equipped us with toiletries and gave us detailed directions on where to find a store that carries essential products (because they are MUCH less common than I would have thought). All in all, the staff was hyper-aware of our situation and did everything in their power to accommodate to assist.
Ahmed (concierge staff) as well as Antonella (Front Office Manager) were exceptional in terms of client service. Ahead of October's wedding, I was of course full of questions and looking to confirm things while on-site and Antonella and Ahmed were so patient.
