“A wonderful hotel”

I don't travel as much as I would like but this was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. There were flowers growing all over our balcony and in the garden below our room. There was a great view of the town and the ocean from our balcony. The hotel restaurant had a great menu and wine list with many high quality selections from Italy and France. The staff was very helpful and quick to make suggestions on how to make the most of our stay in Positano. The hotel was very close to the beach and restaurants. I would highly suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a high quality experience. We were married here and the hotel gladly allowed us to take pictures in the hotel and garden area.

Great location, great staff, simple but clean room

Went off season (mid November), but had excellent weather. The hotel location is excellent, but what stands out is the quality of the service by all staff. Location is very convenient to shopping, parking and beach restaurants. Stayed in the historic part of hotel with views of ocean that were outstanding, especially early in the morning. Would definitely return to this hotel !!

“Perfect location”

I had been to Positano once before and stayed way way up high. I had always wanted to stay right in the heart of the little town but couldn't have asked for a better location. This hotel is beautiful! The restaurant is beautiful, rooms are very large and clean, front desk is helpful, breakfast is great. I cannot say enough. This was one of our favorite hotels of the whole trip. And you walk out the door and are right in the midst of the shops and restaurants. It was a very relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful time at the Palazzo Murat. The free boat excursion was fantastic!! That was the highlight of our stay. Thanks for the special treatment we received for our honeymoon. It was a very special touch!

“Delightful”

A beautifully appointed room, done in the old style but with climate control. A balcony looking out upon a riot of flowers and a lemon tree. A lovely lounge with wireless access. A terrific staff who had a porter ready for our 4:30 AM (!) departure.

It was a wonderful experience staying at the Palazzo. The view, having breakfast at the patio, the service, everything just perfect.

“Little heaven in Positano”

We stayed at Hotel Palazzo Murat for 4 nights during our honeymoon. The hotel staff was so considerate and helpful in every possible way. They provided personalized services (including a light breakfast at 5:30 in the morning because we had to check out at 6:00am to catch an early morning flight) and useful information regarding the neighborhood and tourism sites (maps, schedules for local transportation, shuttles to local restaurants and limousine to Naples airport, etc). Highly recommended for honeymooners and tourists! We're already planning on returning for our 10-year anniversary!
