Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros:
Cons:
Location:

In camera nn c erano piumoni/trapunte. La testata del letto in muratura(mai vista prima). Doccia 70x70 acqua solo tiepida.

Pros: Location, was far enough away from town for the view but close enough to walk into town. Bus ran in a circle around town so one did not have to drive
Location: was there in off seasaon so most things closed - instead of spending 3 nights only spent 2.
nice hotel with a great view of water and mountain side. We upgraded room to their "best " which was a large room, huge balcony and sitting room. The issue was with the room - the walls are paper thin adn in night you could hear guest in rooms on either side talking, talking shower. Floors through out are tile and other guest refused to lift charirs or tables so they slide the metal chairs and tables across tile floors. Tile int he hall ways also was not conducive to quiet enjoyment.

Not terrible, not greatPosted Dec 5, 2014
A tacky and outdated hotel that shouldn't charge as much as it does. The decor was far from relaxing. The bathroom was mildewed. Breakfast was skimpy. Even the hangers were broken! It's many small details of this hotel that made my stay a huge disappointment.

Just a stop on the way to South ItalyPosted Dec 4, 2014
Pros: Good sight from the window.
Cons: Reserve the parking for the hotel guests on the street. Deliver better meal on breakfast and change the personnel jn the reception.
Location: Sea shore is beautiful. Pompei archeological site is 15 km from this hotel.
Very difficult road through the serpantine lead me and my family in Positano Art Hotel Pasitea late in the night. No tea or other refreshment was offered for us. Owner of the local parking was eagerly waiting for us at the reception to earn his 18 EUR as soon as no parking place for guests is offered there. Nhe hotel was empty. Poor breakfast and 30 minutes climbing down the stairs in mountains to the beach were good fitness for us as though no gym is available in Positano Art Hotel Pasitea. On the way back it was raining cats and dogs and we were completely wet, but no possibility to dry our clothes was offered. Instead - the man from the reception started to call us asking to leave the room. When we were leaving the hotel at 12 a.m. nobody helped us with luggage and said arrivedercci.

Beautiful Terrace views!!Posted Dec 3, 2014
Pros: Terrace, location, helpful staff
Cons: ceiling fan and expedia get details straight
Location: walking, shopping, sightseeing.....
We stayed here 2 nights during off season for our honeymoon. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a large terrace overlooking Positano - it was amazing!!!! Room was clean and comfortable, it wasn't very big though and a ceiling fan would have been nice as room got a little stuffy. Shower was tight but had great water pressure. The only thing that didn't work out for us as planned was the room rate we purchased from expedia included a "breakfast buffet". Once at the hotel they charged us 12 Euro per person per day for breakfast as expedia did not have the correct specifics on our room reservation requirements. This wasn't the first mistake expedia made either; the other hotel we booked a "balcony garden room" only to arrive and find that these rooms do not exist at the hotel. The hotel staff was nice and explained that sometimes there is a translation error from Italian to English, I get it but I also want to get what I expect I am paying for...

All we could ask forPosted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: Great location, friendly staff
Location: Positano is a little difficult to get to, but well worth it. As with most of Italy, shopping and eating are the things to do and Positano has plenty.
We spent four wonderful nights in Positano at Art Hotel Pasitea and we couldn't have asked for more. A brilliant location, far enough away from the main shopping and restaurant precinct to have some peace and quiet, but close enough to walk to the action. The hotel was nicely apportioned, staff friendly and helpful and put up with our terrible attempts at speaking Italian. The rooms and especially shower we a little small to navigate in, but if you've been to Positano, you'll understand that space is at a premium, so these things were quite forgivable. All in all a great stay.
