beautiful ocean view, good location, great servicePosted Jul 23, 2015
Stayed at Villa Yiara for 3 nights during my honeymoon in July and could not have been happier! We received a free room upgrade which was wonderful! The room was beautiful, very clean and big, and amazing view of the ocean! We were served breakfast on our balcony every morning at whatever time we requested, which was excellent. The staff could not have been nicer! They were so friendly and helpful. They assisted us in arranging a shared car to Rome and got us a great deal. . Hotel in a good location, near shops and restaurants. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk. I would recommend this B&B to anyone!

Much better than photos. The staff are amazing. Breakfast is better than a 5 star hotel. Would highly recommend this place.

Villa Yiara, PositanoPosted Jan 29, 2015 on Hotels
Villa Yiara is a wonderful hotel/bed & breakfast in Positano that has incredible views and service! Yimara (one of the owners) made us feel right at home and made excellent dinner reservations with the local restaurants who then picked us up and returned us after wonderful meals! The morning breakfast was delicious and delivered right to our room! If you are looking for a few days on the magical Amalfi Coast, stay here!

Very good quality-price ratioPosted Sep 5, 2014 on Hotels
Great hotel for the price, book directly with villa as you may get a better price. Room # 6 is nice as it has a large balcony but you can't really stay near the edge to get a nice view as there are lost of ants there (unless you're ok with ants creaping up your legs). So you just have to sit a little further in, closer to your room's French doors. We snuck into room # 7 to check it out after guests there had checked out and that one seemed a little smaller and had a smaller balcony but the washroom looked newly renovated and had a multi-jet shower. Parking near the hotel was €20 per day, expensive but well worth it as you not want to drive in town. Had we known we would have rented the car only after visiting Positano if at all possible. The location is nice but I would have preferred a hotel with a view to the other side as the left side (when looking out the balcony) as that seemed nicer but obstructed. All in all this is a great place for the price and the owners are SUPER NICE and hospitable. Highly recommended in this price range.

Gorgeous place, amazing ownersPosted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: the breakfast delivered fresh to our room, was fit for a king. Silvio even went out of his way to locate Latte Scemato for me !!!!!
Location: great quiet location and the food and Restaurants were undoubtably the best we encountered in all of Italy.
We stayed there mid August during our 4 week holiday in Italy. What an amazing and gorgeous place. The owners are the most accommodating, beautiful people and could not do enough for us. Positano became one of the highlights of our trip.
