“Beautiful Setting.”

This hotel is a set of multi-unit condos that are located directly on a golf course. Think of these more as condos in terms of services rather than a hotel or motel. The view from our room was directly onto one of the tees of the course, but I don't think all of the units have a similar view. The golf course looks quite nice - lush green rolling hills lined with trees. There were deer out on the course one day. Our unit was laid-out like a regular hotel room with 2 queen beds and a bathroom. The room also included a flat screen TV with satelite TV service and a small fridge. The rooms are very basically furnished and decorated - not particularly luxurious - but they seem to be relatively new and what is there is in good condition. We had a daily housekeeping visit that included some sort of basic cleaning and towel replacement. The location is outside of the Amana Colonies towns proper, but it is no more than a 5 minutes drive to the town of Amana with its stores and restaurants. This was our second stay in these units, and we would go back again.
