I had to give condition a 3 only because 3rd floor elevator button doesn’t work and you have to call front desk to call up elevator but everything else was excellent

Only reason I didn’t go full 5 star is because the pool was closed. Y’all should disclaim that when folks book with your hotel. But other than that the staff was awesome and the room a was clean and the TV was nice. We didn’t do breakfast but had coffee in the lobby and it was really good. Would stay again!

At 730 am the morning of checkin they marked me as a no show when check in time wasn’t till 300 pm charged me for a no show so I ended up having to pay for 3 nights total when I was staying 2 night they say they are gonna refund one night but I don’t understand how they put me as a no show in the morning of check in when I couldn’t check in till 3 and then wanting to still charge me for the 2 nights why not only charge me one night since they charged me a no show

We choose this hotel cause it was outside of town and had a pool (which was shut down due to the health department) and quite. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our truck got broken into and found out that the hotel has lack of security cameras which concerned us a bit but outside of that it was a wonderful stay.

We were having plumbing issues and just needed a place to stay for the night. We didn’t end up staying because of their policies and requirements of $100 cash extra, and we were never reimbursed for the room that we didn’t stay in.

Staff is rude and they are thieves. Dirty rooms I had to clean my room before staying. Mold on the walls. Rusty shower curtain rods. Does not have a working indoor pool. Windows are bad and the wind howls the whole time. The list goes on. Over priced. Do not stay there.
