We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. It was a great weekend getaway for us and the kids. We enjoyed a lot of swimming. There is a movie theater and a mall close by. We are sure to return for another short escape some time in the near future.

We used the hotel on the way back home form skiing, just for a night. Good location, new, very clean with friednly staff (even at late hours check in)

This is the 2nd Country Inn in Texas that I have stayed at. I love the comfort this hotel gives and the atmosphere. I think the only negative thing I can come up with is that in the bathroom it is so small, the door barely misses hitting the toilet when you close it. It would not be easy moving around in that bathroom for a parent and a child. Other than that, it is comfortable and would stay there again.

had a good time for a night but a lil pricey. pool and hot tub was fun . my kid got sick in the night and room service came in a cleaned up so we can go back to bed. very nice

“not impressed”

It was not worth the price We were not told the pool was out of order until after we checked in and were unable to change our reservations.

My husband and I stayed here on the way to Colorado on business. The hotel is okay, but the front desk person was detached and uninterested, bordering on plain rude. She couldn't have cared less about the guests. The main reason we stayed here was that my husband had stayed here previously and the spa and indoor pool were good. The spa wasn't working this time, and when we told the front desk it was broken and inquired as to when it might be repaired, the reply was it's not broken and we have someone working on it right now. Well when you have a spa that is cold, here's a clue: IT IS BROKEN! There were no maintenance people in sight, so basically she just lied to appease us. Why not just say, "I'm very sorry but the spa is not working right now and we don't know when it will be repaired." THen, at least we would know. What a bunch of idiots...

“not very clean”

This is twice I have stayed here in a months time. The first time the room was not clean and I thought it was just an accident, however, the second time it was not much better. On my third trip to Amarillo, I stayed at the Drury Inn and it was clean, clean, clean.
