“You really do get what you pay for”
This hotel is in a bad neighborhood, so keep that in mind. The room was in need of some maintenance. outside noise could be heard easily, and it sounded like the people above us were doing drilling. But the positives are that the hotel is easy on the budget, with shopping and eateries close by. Staff was also friendly.
“Do NOT stay here!!!”
The hotel is completely falling apart. Room was filthy. Baseboards and walls marked up. Door frame almost completely chewed off. Didn't dare step into the rust-filled tub with broken tiles on walls. Sheets were stained. Remote control didn't work...received only about half the channels that were listed in their book. Juice at breakfast watered down. Price was good compared to regular hotels, but it wasn't worth the savings...scary!!!
“Never again”
The attendant on duty seemed more interested in her phone calls than getting us our room! Then the 1st room stunk like a drug manufacture. The pool water was green and stunk and was cold. The hot tub wasn't even hot and it stunk! Never again! You get what you pay for! That's the lesson I learned
“Not Impressed at all!”
I will never ever again go back to this place!
“Run down”
Very poor condition.
“Stay somewhere else”
The rate was very cheap , but we got what we paid for ..old motel ,very run down, bathroom cieling looked like it would fall down at any time..carpet was worn and dirty , pool area was dark and the roof was leaking ,it was raining outside at the time, the 'hot tub' was not hot at all..
“Luxury Inn- NOT!”
If I had not already prepaid via Expedia, I would not have stayed here. To begin with, I didn't get a good feel from the neighborhood. The room was clean, but the walls in the sink area were soft and the boxspring seam had totally come apart. The room with the indoor pool & hot tub room had carpeting that dried with crusty mold, the ceiling had huge cracks in the skylights, and the hot tub looked very dirty with dirt. Basically- YUCK!
“Not so luxurious”
A luxurious stay it was not. We booked there primarily for the indoor pool, which is advertised all over their signage and in front of their building as well. When we checked in and I inquired about the pool they said they did not have a pool. I was more than dissapointed. The clerk then informed me the breakfast hours, and from the looks of it they had a dining room, but it turned out to be no more than two cereal choices and a waffle maker. The room itself was not up to par. There were several noticeable stains on the carpet and when we walked in, we could not find a working light until we got to the bathroom. We had to chane the outlets that the lamps and tv were plugged noting order for them to work, it we never got the main light to work. I informed the front desk and she stated she would send maintenance, which never showed up. The bed was actually quite comfy, but I did not like the fact that the bathroom did not have a door.
“there's cheaper, better motels on each side of it”
I'm sure that this was a decent hotel at some point in time, but somewhere along the way, she lost it. Iron burn melted into the carpet, broken shower, crooked bed and not a single outlet in the room worked. Avoid.
“You will get what you pay for.”
I wasn’t comfortable using the shower – only slept the night and got the heck out. Room very dirty, broken chair, mold and broken tiles in the bathroom.
