This hotel was very clean and comfortable. I had a great stay. I would definitely recommend it and if I pass through Amarillo again I would definitely stay there again.

Served it's purpose for overnight stay in route.

Pros: Clean, and it worked. Like most hotels in Amarillo.
Cons: Improve information about pet fees.
Misleading about being pet friendly. Yes, one could stay, but it cost $30 per night. Consider this false advertising.

We arrived around 8:30 was my 3 grandchildren ages,10,7,4 and me. The only reason I got this was to swim.... We went and ate changed into our bathing suits and went down to swim we were informed by the front deat person pool was closed.I told her this was the only reason that I had got the room, she didn't care,NO response, my kids were so dissapointed.Plus the smell was so bad I wasn't really sure if we were going to stay, next morning we went for breakfast ,that was a joke........No I do not recommend for anyone to stay at this place, nor will I ...

Clean & friendly

Customer service was excellent. The ladies were polite. The pool was clean and at a good temperature. The hot tub was a good temperature but dirty. The room was clean. AC worked great. Breakfast was just right. The kids Loved the texas shaped waffles. Will probably stay here next time we come through.

Great hotel for price

Posted Aug 15, 2014
2 queen beds even though we only needed 1...King size preferred but other than that it was a great 1 night stay...we were there for all of 8 hours and the next morning we went to Palo Duro. Breakfast was just OK nothing fancy at all...coffee sucked, but what do you expect at $59/night

Nice for the price

Cons: breakfast choices.... i.e. donuts, cinnamon roll, variety of fruit
Acceptable hotel for overnight / passing through stay. The pool was overloaded with chlorine. Breakfast was ok. Nothing great.

Good value

This was just an overnight stop on our way to Denver from the south. We decided to visit Palo Duro Canyon and thoroughly enjoyed that experience. Don't miss it. It's only about 30 minutes away from the hotel.

Smelly and outdated room.

Posted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: Outside of the hotel
Cons: Clean the rooms better and update the interior.
Location: Nothing nearby, a bit sketchy of an area.
The outside of the hotel was nice to look out. However the inside is outdated severely. The room (which is a non-smoking room) smelled of an odor of a cleaning chemical. The hallways smelt of smoke. The furnature looked from the 1970s.

The hotel and room were clean, the sheets were very clean. The breakfast was the normal free breakfast, just as was expected.
