Decent Overnight Stay, Convenient LocationPosted Jan 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
Older hotel, but maintained okay. Very conveniently located off I-40, near Hwy 87. Beds are nice and firm. It's nice to have a refrigerator & microwave in room. Nice to have interior corridors -- to walk to front desk / breakfast while shielded from cold or hot weather. The free breakfast adds a waffle maker and eggs & biscuits & sausage-gravy to the traditional continental fare.

Cons: attitude towards customers
When I check in, a guy working at the front desk had a very unpleasant attitude. He was like 'I don't want to work, I don't care about you'. I could not connect wifi, so I called the front, and he replied "everyone else wifi is working, and i am using it too" chairs in the room was very dirty, looked like they picked up used one. towels were very old, so it was not even soft. If I could cancel the reservation, I would cancel it and move to other motels.

good bargainPosted Dec 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was a good bargain. It was better than other motels we have stayed in at the same price range. The only difficulty was that it was 4 miles past the "loop" turnoff, so we followed the route through the city the next morning. On the positive side, though, it was closer to shopping which we needed that night.
