Great thematic hotel with great food (a little expensive at 260 pesos per person on weekends) and very well taken care property. Food is great but not for vegetarians, but breakfast is good as there are more vegetarian options than for lunch or dinner. The staff and the animation team are extremely good, but you definitely need to speak Spanish to get the great jokes. Kudos for the chargers for electric cars. What can be improved is: I paid more for a preferential rooms and they didn't know what that was. They gave us standard rooms, but at least it was in the first floor as i was traveling with seniors. Overall, we had a great time and I'd love to come back again.

The hotel is thematic so it makes it interesting. Has a great pool. Food was good. Out in the country, so it is peaceful.

This has to be the best place i ever booked hands down. Once you are in the hotel, you're no longer yourself, you are a guerrillero from the Mexican revolution. Where can i start; the vocabulary the staff uses, the outfits, the patios, the walls, the building, the cafe de olla, the scenery... God, this place will take you to a different era and world. My kids want to come back already and i wanted to buy land and never leave again, that's how good this place is

Great family gathering experience.
Overall the hotel facilities and service were great, this hotel is a great value for the money you pay, there are plenty of amenities and outdoor activities for all family members. Only thing I like to suggest is to improve check out process which was somewhat slow. Otherwise everything was great.

Is a lovely place, to be with family or in couple
Have a lot of greats activities for kids and adults. Needs pressure in the pipes and longest open hours at the restorant

A hotel for travellers with no claims
First impression: Receptionist (lady in White costume) cold and unfriendly. My requests were ignored. Sad. It was easy to figure out that this will be more a field trip (camping) than a hotel stay. The romos need an update but that is in general (after 3 stays in Misión Hotels) a lack of this chain. Dinner buffet on Saturday was more a breakfast than a dinner. Nothing special, just Burgers and Tacos. Breakfast buffet next morning was basically the same.

Very bad experience
Excessively noisy place. My room smells like drainage. It is a place designed for children. Most noise and more children than in Disneyland. They don’t have a manger on duty and the staff doesn’t know have to solve problems. If your plan it is not based on children activity I advise not to go.

Me mandaron por Whatsapp para hacer el checking previo y generar un QR, así que al llegar a recepción fue más fácil y rápido. El personal del hotel es muy amable y los actores de leyendas y para la noche de fogata son muy buenos. Solo considero que los alimentos en el restaurante son caros porque el buffet es muy limitado.
