Nice hotel off the highway

Pros: Love the size of the rooms and high ceilings. Also loved the pool and free breakfast.
Cons: New beds are needed. Both had "body grooves" from people sleeping on them over the years. Our dog would have appreciated less weeds are more grass.
Location: Lots of food choices, but the area shuts down fairly early as is secluded.
Stayed here on our way back to Denver from Boise. Very high ceilings, nice sized room, quick highway access. A pool and free breakfast was icing on the cake! Only complaint is the beds are older and could feel the "body grooves" in the mattress. We traveled with our dog and found so many weeds in the near-by grassy areas that she had trouble walking as the weeds hurt her paws. Just need to walk around a bit further (the grassy area near the top of the hill by the adjoining parking lot was great).

Far from it all

This hotel is not near anything. The beds were very hard. It's loud because it's next to the freeway. The pool is tiny, and our room wasn't clean, there was still stuff from the previous occupants under the bed. I wouldn't stay here again

Clean and Comfortable Rooms

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are kept very clean, beds are comfortable. Mildly difficult to find, though it is just off the highway.

Hotel in a quiet neighborhood

Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Every time we have been there the hot tub has been down, this time it was the pool and the hot tub.
Location: We spent a few hours in Cabelas in Lehi.
The hotel was nice and quiet and even though it was next to an interstate you couldn't hear it.

American Fork Holiday Inn

Only issue was having to wait 1/2 hour for our room to get cleaned. Check-in time is suppose to be 3:00 pm but not able to get in the room until 3:30 pm/

Friendly staff, clean rooms, funny smell, poor A/C

Our rooms were very clean and the beds and pillows were fairly comfortable. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating. However, our first room was on the second floor, which was extremely hot. The hallway temperature was 83 degrees, according to the thermostat. The room wasn't much cooler. The room's A/C barely worked and only took it down a few degrees. The room also had a strong smell that reminded us of a retirement home or old woman's perfume, which we assumed was from the previous occupants.The very nice woman at the front desk said there was a problem on the second floor and offered to move us and found a fan. The new room was a little cooler, although the A/C still is not what it should be, and the smell was also present quite strongly in that room. The pool was also closed during our stay. So, overall, great staff, clean rooms, and decent breakfast, but funny smell and poor A/C. We booked somewhere else for tomorrow night.

Family Friendly

It was nice to stay at this Hotel and for the kids to play in the indoor pool. The hours for the pool were very convenient. The breakfast had wonderful variety. Very pleased.

deplorable customer service

We booked a 2 bed suite for a family reunion and 94th birthday off my grandmother in Utah. I traveled with 3 children (2 girls 1 boy) & booked 2 bed suite with fold out couch. Upon arrival we were told we booked a 1 bed room and despite the parking lot being empty it was the only room available, which I highly doubted. After 1.5 in the lobby with 3 travel weary children and on the phone with hotels.com we were transferred to another hotel. Hotels. Com confirmed our reservation was for 2 bed suite. Holiday Inn made no apologies. Staff behaved discourteously, unprofessionally, and made absolutely no no efforts to remedy the situation.
