“Will stay again and recommend to friends and fam”

i came into town early and i was able to check in way earlier than the check in time, so I really liked the way they handled my situation.

I came down to visit my son for the weekend - very nice staff, fresh baked cookies in the lobby (not that I needed one) I left a note requesting extra coffee the first morning and when I came back that evening they had left me 6.

“Best Breakfast Hostess”

The hostess for their continental breakfast is the best! She loves her job and it shows. She's an asset to the hotel.

“Great Place to Stay!”

This was among the best hotels I've ever stayed at. While the room was clean and comfortable, what really stood out to me was the very friendly, accomodating staff. They made it their business to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and you could tell they enjoyed themselves while doing it. I can't think of enough superlatives to describe our stay. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

“Great place to stay ~ very friendly staff”

Was traveling with my handicapped father, the front desk clerk allowed me to look at the two handicapped rooms that were available to assist me in determining the right one for him, this was extremely helpful. The night we stayed at this hotel was the same day Iowa State had a home game so I was expecting plenty of noise, but to my surprise my room was quiet and I didn't hear anything all night. I will certainly stay at this hotel again

Great place with a great location. Large breakfest area with good food. Sorry we didn't get time to use the pool, I'm sure it was nice too.

Everything was good. The bed was very hard. I work up achy the three night I splep there. Overall everything was very nice. And the price was right.

“Iowa state fair”

Furniture was too big for the room. It was set up for a single businessman/woman, not a couple. The table was in the way most of the time. The bed was very soft as were the pillows. The fan in the bathroom ran at a low speed only. The room was very clean. Towels were readily available from the front desk. Breakfast was surprisingly complete. Parking was great. The lot was very well lit. THe thermostat in the rom actually worked!!
