Supernationals stay

Pros: I liked the room I had and the location of the hotel. Was there for supernationals in Boone and it was right off the highway.
Cons: Notify guests of the adjustments of the beds either at check in or have a sign on the bed with directions. Lower price of breakfast buffet or free.
I enjoyed the hotel while I was there. The room was very nice and spacious. The hotel staff were very nice. The only complaints I have is the bed was as hard as a rock and at checkout I find out you could adjust the bed to whatever firmness or softness you wanted. Would have been nice to have been told that at check in or at least have a sign on the bed with directions. The other complaint is having to pay almost $11 for breakfast that you get free at most hotels.

Very clean with friendly staff. Breakfast Buffet is okay. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel in Ames

Nice hotel, staff was very kind and helpful. Remembered us the next day. Noisy in the hallways at night, though there were high school kids staying there for a program.

Flawless experience

I've stayed at a lot of hotels (7 on this trip alone) and this is almost the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Clean, up to date rooms with everything you could need and a lot of what you'd want make for a lovely night. The hotel staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the area. They made finding a place for dinner with our dietary restrictions a BREEZE and worked hard the next morning to get us a good breakfast--making special meals kid sized. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be back.

Clean hotel but very uncomfortable.

Closet door off hinges, bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Internet connection was a joke. Hot tub out of order and no maintence person ion facility.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable, and I was impressed with the business, fitness, pool, and laundry facilities. I would stay at the same hotel again and would recommend it to others.

We have stayed at this hotel many times while in Ames visiting family. It is comfortable, clean and we like having a refrigerator in the room.
