“Front Desk Friendly”

The man at the front desk was wonderful. His name was Chad. Chad was kind, nice and very informative. You have a good employee with Chad.

“Great stay.in All areas”

Chad the Manager was awesome. The whole experience was a #5. II will go back in the next four months. On my trip I tried to stay at a number of Super 8 hotels but their prices were higher then the Ames Hotel.and Expedia. I should have called Expedia back.

“Excellent job!”

The manager of the hotel (Carl?) was most helpful when I needed to stay an extra day. He even pointed out a way I could save money the next time! I would definitely recommend this motel to anybody who hasn't seen the better side of Super 8!

“Good experience”

The staff was accommidating and professional. Brought up clothes iron right away after requesting it. Room was in good condition and clean on arrival, and everything was reset perfectly when room cleaned. Only downside was the simple breakfast in the morning, but I never planned on eating at the hotel.

“Ames Super 8”

This motel was conveniently located for the event we were attending, very affordably priced and comfortable. The fact that we could get up in the morning, grab a quick breakfast and be on our way was great. We have stayed here before and staff is always very friendly and accomodating.

“Nice motel-nice area”

Motel was clean and the staff was nice.bed was made everyday and towels were changed.Continental breakfast was pretty standard.The price was cheaper than staying in Des Moines.

“Super 8 great”

All was great except we did not find an elevator to the 3rd floor. Maybe it was there but we got in late and just wanted to get to the room. Luggage was heavy so it was tough on the stairs

“Nothing fancy”

Nothing fancy... get what you expect, but decent for a cheap night's stay.

This is a Super 8. In this category, this was a perfectly nice hotel. The staff was friendly on check in. The wifi worked fine. The bed was comfortable.

Clean and comfortable. Best price in town. Staff helped with special room need for my wife.
