Quite surprised...

When we got to the hotel I found we could not get in through the main entrance. There was a pop machine blocking the door and a wrinkled, unreadable note. We figured out for ourselves that we should go in through the side door, which had no security. Construction was going on throughout the main lobby. I understand this is necessary sometimes, but they didn't even have a temporary desk set up. We just had to shout, "Hello! Hello!" Once we finally checked in we found that a non-working ice machine was blocking the hallway and we had to squeeze by, carrying all of our luggage, in order to get to our room. I think I should have been warned prior to booking that the construction was going on. I won't even go into the fact that the toilet didn't work properly or that the ancient heating/cooling system could make the room uncomfortably hot or uncomfortably cold. Those were the only choices.

Nice hotel, the owner and/or managers (not sure who was there when I stayed), but, the need to speak English in front of customers. Very disrespectful, Middle Eastern folks. Not good customer service.....

The room was clean, alarm clock didn't work, but the shower was great. By the looks of all the litter in the parking lot a garbage truck must have tipped over there that afternoon. My biggest complaint was the fact the people at the desk didn't speak English very well and I couldent understand them. The room was fine and so was the price.

Our stay was less than perfect

This hotel is in need of a facelift. The furniture looked so dirty and from the 1980s. Our room smelled like wet dog. I think the smell was from the gross carpet. The toilet had trouble flushing unless you held down the handle for awhile. The only thing that saved our stay was the front desk girl see what so nice and smiling a lot.
