This is a very disgusting hotel. Cold showers, horrible service from staff, rooms were very base and badly outfitted.

We were grateful they let us check in early even tho we had to pay a fee to do so. Over all the stay was horrible and filthy. I didn't want to leave this review I never leave reviews like this. All they could have done Was simply give my family and I a clean room. But nope they didn't.

This place was disgusting. I left and got another hotel. I'm never using Expedia again and want my money back for this Days inn, since I'm not staying there. Bugs and cigarette burns in the bed.

We reserved a room for 3 adults and two kids and a infant- upon arrival they did not have a room big enough for us and stated they can not provide a crib even though the website said they had them. We had enough towels for 2 people and were told where to bring our dirty ones to exchange them for clean ones but we’re only allowed 2 at a time. Breakfast was only cereal and decaf coffee from 7-10 am . The website said pet friendly however upon arrival they have a sign that says no pets “ good thing I decided not to bring my dog!” Hallways were filthy no iron the the room only an ironing board. No hairdryer dryer.in the room . Homeless people were in most of the other rooms and outside in the parking lot constantly asking for money and cigarettes. They were rude when I asked if they have a contract with the city for the homeless and they denied it even though I overheard one of them talking about the contract with a homeless lady.

Red Flag. Dark, dirty, no hot water to shower.
Room smelled so bad of cigarettes we could smell it on our clothing days after we left the hotel. The only clean thing in the room was the bedsheets with old cigarette burns in them. The carpet was dark and dirty (if they vacuumed at all, their vacuum is broken). The walls literally had nicotine stains. The lights were incredibly dim. And the cherry on top: we got back from our event late, husband tried to take a shower, and the handle to turn on the hot water did not work. We have stayed in cheap hotels before and have never experienced a room this dingy and dirty. We could not wait to leave in the morning. And to the semi-permanent residents staying in the neighboring rooms, you can find better. The conditions of this place were absolutely awful. And the moment you walk in to check in, they have a sign posted stating "same day cancellations will result in the hotel keeping the entire cost of your stay". Which tells me they know they have a problem retaining customers, and do not care.

Two out of the 3 door locks were broke on the room door, holes in the walls, grille missing on the heating unit. Inside of tge door was dirty. Did not stay there, left and went another inn.

The sign says the property is under new ownership. It needs a lot of work. We stayed because the price was low. The price was about right for the condition of the property.

The room was pretty clean except for a random balled up paper towel in the bathroom that I wasn't about to touch. No thank you. Also, new pillows please for the bed & change out the carpet. For the most part, it's a decent stay for the money.

The door leading out of the room would not open. we had to call the manager to come and try to open it. he could not and had to get the maintenance man to open it. This is a safety and fire hazard and shoud be address

Comfortable night. They are painting some doors, but nothing that bothered us. We had a quiet night. Everything seemed clean. Nice no-frills stay.

I've stayed here for about 10 years, and though several owners and renovations. This year was the worst! Multiple prblems that it seems as if the new owners are trying to make up for it, but through the process they might put people off fir good.

I booked a room for a single king size bed. i received a room with 2 full beds and the room was dirty when i got there. the man at the front desk was nice but the other people staying were very loud throughout the night. our room smelled like smoke even though the door said non smoking.
