The Kempinski is an elegant, quiet and very secure hotel located in the heart of the Shemsanni District of Amman. A wonderful place to hold meetings, host friends and to relax from your travels. The hotel has its own fine dinning experience as well as being surroiunding by several restaurants within easy walking distance. The Staff is top flight and extremely professional.

“Little gestures mean a lot”

Despite being not having a huge number of rooms, this hotel earns it's 5-star rating. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay as convenient as possible. It's all in the details; while spending an afternoon poolside, pool staff came by offering to clean your sunglasses in the event the lenses needed cleaning.

“The Staff make the stay”

The hotel is aging but not aged -- but the staff that work throughout the hotel make up for any flaws the building might have. We cannot say enough about how well the staff in it's entirety treated us during our stay. Please convey to the staff if possible that the Lucas family will definetely be staying with them during our next visit.

“Good hotel for business or pleasure.”

A pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating but if one of the staff offers to organize a "tour taxi at 60JD for 3 hours don't fall for it. I declined and found you get to most places of interest around Amman for 2 or 3JD. That aside the stay was made enjoyable by the piano bar, complimentary coffee on arrival and when I was waiting for an early taxi. I only tried the snack food and that was quite good. The hotel is situated near some food places and shops and is generally quite central to everything.

The stuff in the reception is good, as well as the restaurants teams. The cleaning issue was not so good because they forgot many times to empty the trash can and clean the toilet. Some of the workers are too familiar with the clients and ask too many personal questions.
