Comfortable, value hotel. Air conditioner worked well. My next door guest was going in and out of the room a couple of times in the middle of the night. Other than that everything was o.k.

Great Value

A short walk from town on the same street as a few other well kept hotels including the popular Marium. Very helpful and friendly staff. Can book taxis around sites or to next location as required. Clean spacious hotel and room.

Good economy-priced hotel in Madaba

Posted Feb 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
In general, very good for the price. Very friendly staff looked after us well. We arrived very late, but the staff went out to check whether a restaurant was still serving (it was). The rooms were clean and the heating worked (important in the cold season). Everything was fine that - after we said that we were going out for a walk to see the sights (10 minutes from the hotel) and would be back later, they opened our rooms and left the keys in the doors with all our possessions inside. Nothing was taken, but there was a risk.

Nice Little Hotel

Posted Nov 8, 2012
We stayed at the hotel between arriving at Amman Airport in the evening & flying out again first thing the following morning. We arranged for the hotel to collect us from the airport. The journey takes about half an hour. As we left the airport, I noticed there is a Golden Tulip hotel - a bit more convenient, I would imagine! There were no facilities for dinner, but fortunately a lovely restaurant had just opened immediately opposite The Rumman. A few days later, at the end of our holiday, we had several hours to wait, between flights, at Amman Airport. I arranged, through the hotel, to be collected again from the airport, driven to the city to see some of the sights and returned to the airport. The staff were more than happy to organise this, even though we weren't staying at The Rumman on our return journey.
