“Nightmare @ Randhawa”

The hotel fails to meet up to expectations for stay. The toilets were shabbily maintained and the bedspreads were stinking. They even refused to change rooms or even clean despite reminders. Only on calling Expedia and wanting to cancel, did they give us a different set of rooms and the new rooms were much better. But the previous night's stay did sour the stay. The reception / manager did not like the escalation and i was just peeved at their indifferent attitude as i had given every single chance for them to change rooms before going to Expedia. Food was just barely okay, services were substandard. Only good point is, the location of the hotel is in the peaceful part of the city.
