“Albus”

Fantastic service and room. Right next to Rembrandtplein. We were all impressed at how nice everything was in the lobby and in the room. We got in right at two and our room wasn't quite ready so the frot desk gave us all a free drink at the gorgeous bar.

The Albus hotel is an excellent place to stay. The staff is helpful and friendly. The best thing about the hotel is its location, close to everything. The price is reasonable and the location can not be beat.

“Perfect Location”

Our first trip to Amsterdam was made all that much better by our choice of Hotels. The Albus Grand Hotel was the perfect hotel in the perfect location. The front counter staff were polite and extremely helpful in providing all the assistance we asked.

My first stay in amsterdam was perfect and alot of that is thanks to the Albus grand. They really made me feel at home. The only thing i didn't like about it was the maid possibly cleaned TOO much. oh and if you use the shower make sure you take out the plug theres no tub but the drains plugged anyway i dont know why.

“Beautiful, Modern, Inexpensive and Convenient”

Both my friend and I got to the hotel early. The receptionist told us that we were a little early, but she would be sure to get us into a room immediately which she did. The front desk was very helpful with directions and getting around the city. The hotel was beautiful and modern especially considering that we didn't pay a lot for the room. Unfortunately we were unable to eat at their restaurant, but the restaurant and bar area were gorgeous and modern. We had an extremely pleasant stay.

“large room, clean, great location”

I did a lot of research on price, customer reviews and location before picking this hotel. I would definitely stay here again and I think it was a great value - clean, large (especially by European standards) and located close to everything fun.

“Eat up Amsterdam”

Staff is great! The central location puts within easy walking distance to all major sites......even the Handbag Museum, really it couldn't be better. Eat at Senses. Ray,a Californian knows something about steak that all those ersatz South American steak joints have no idea about.

“Very good located hotel!”

Albus grand hotel is situated in the middle of the old center of Amsterdam, we could reach all things (like shopping area, restaurants, museums...) very easily by walking. The service was really welcoming and friendly. We were lucky to get a room with windows facing the backyard. The room is friendly decorated and clean, only some corners were a bit dusty and the bathroom could have been better, because the shower is fixed on the wall, quite much on top, so small people get less whater on the head. We had booked "economy-best rate", if you choose a better rate the bathrooms are supposed to be better equipped. All in all I can still highly recommend the hotel and thank the hotel staff for this great stay.
