My room was small but clean and comfortable. There is just a small communal area for making hot drinks and a self-service bar. This was perfect for me as I was happy to eat out. Staff were v friendly and the location is well-served by trams within short walking distance. I would stay again.

Overall, a good place to stay. Walkable to a lot of areas. Staff was courteous and helpful. Cons - our room was in an area with a lot of street noise and people noise at all hours. Phone cord had to be jiggled to hear and the bathroom fan didn’t work so it was extremely humid/wet after three people took showers.

It was a very awkward room, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. It smelled like sewer. The blinds were not hung properly and so could not be blacked out. It was quite loud.

The hotel staff were amazing. Very helpful and resourceful. The property is shared with multiple businesses so it can be hard to navigate as an international solo traveler but I was very appreciative of the front desk for being so accommodating. Thank you!

Beware: The hotel is shared with an apartment complex and check-in is on the 4th floor only. open from 8am-11pm. If you are with another party. be aware there are 2 separate elevators because the building is a rectangle and the center is a courtyard. 1st issue, is there's no safety, the door to our section of the rooms is never locked. 2. The smell in our hallway was atrocious. 3. On our last night, the POWER BLEW OUT in our room/apartment and of course, it was past 11pm and no one picked up from the emergency#. There was no HVAC to boot, unacceptable for me and my kids. The next morning when they attempted to fix they tried multiple fuse boxes and finally realized the box was in a locked closet in our room. The "hotel" made zero concessions to reimburse us for a horrible night of stay claiming this outage affected an entire area, that is not true, only affected our room as the fuse box was in our room and only controlled our room. I would not recommend this location
