Extremely polite and helpful staff, from the concierge, the front desk, the doormen, the bartenders, waitresses, and cleaning staff. Everyone treated us like honored guests. Great location for walking to attractions, museums, shopping, etc. Great windows from the restaurant and lounge for people watching too!

Comfortable, convenient, you can get a direct bus 197 - from the airport. The breakfast was superb, amazing choices.

A truly wonderful stay. The room was immaculate, I kept crazy hours the week I was there and the staff was very accommodating on servicing the room when I called. Very comfortable bed and linens, and a well equipped bathroom. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra bucks for access to the VIP lounge, tremendous breakfast and appetizers and drinks in the afternoon, and get a room facing north with a patio... room 1139. Perfectly located for sightseeing and the local transportation makes for economical travel throughout this beautiful city. All members of staff I dealt with were professional and courteous. It ain't cheap, but hey, live a little!

I was so comfortable in this hotel. Nice customer service, very comfortable bed, and good food for the late night room service. The location was fantastic. Very close to great museums, restaraunts, and anything a tourist could ever want. The concierge will even prepare a bike for you to rent for the day, if you'd like. There is a Pizza Hut (along with another restaurant and bar) on the first floor for Americans looking for a little bit of home while they are on their trip. Very convenient, and they will deliver up to your room. If you need to use the internet, be prepared to pay for your time. That is the only thing that was a slight "bummer". Overall, I would love to return to this hotel in the future. It was fantastic!

Perfect location. We upgraded to an Executive Room which gave us breakfast and cocktails and food to nibble.

This hotel is located in the perfect spot in Amsterdam: Close to museums, the Vondelpark, the Rembrandt plaza (for some nightlife), the designer-store shopping area, and the Canal loops. The walk to Central station is pleasant and takes about 25 mins.
