Fantastic location, close everything!Posted Jun 29, 2014
Pros: Great staff, warm and friendly neighborhood feeling.
Cons: Manuals for appliances.
Across canal from great super market (Marqt) - walking distance to nearby 3 bookstores, restaurants, pubs (try Gollem) Lomography camera store, flea market, just about everything you can think of! Rooms have combo-washer-dryer, lots of space, tall ceilings, great kitchenettes. Will be back!

Very nice locationPosted Apr 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
The apartment itself was in a nice neighbourhood and had nice view of canal, however the room had not been cleaned properly before we got there, although wasn't nothing Major, the appartment was nice and had all you could need.

Great view and feels like homePosted Apr 17, 2013
Pros: Very clean and big room
Cons: €50 deposit for key I feel like its a bit high
Location: Close to city central and pretty much everything.
This place is in a great neighborhood and has a wonderful view of the canal. It's very romantic and feels like home, I would definitely stay here if I ever go back to Amsterdam. Robert was very helpful and was able to get my deposit back before we left since my wife and i were checking out really early to catch our train. The only thing I did not like was the €50 deposit for the room key, no one told me about that and I was lucky I went to the cash machine recently.

Great for couples/groups of friendsPosted Feb 26, 2013
Pros: Location, size, comfort, price.
Location: Very central, Dam square five minute walk, central train station about 10-15 mins.
A nice apartment in a very good location, only 5 minute walk to Dam Square and lots of attractions. Comfortably slept four. The kitchen was small, but had everything we needed to cook a meal. Overall very happy with the place and would go back or recommend somebody stay there.

Lovely place to stayPosted Feb 23, 2013
Pros: The location and standard of the accomodation
Location: Centrally located
Four of us recently stayed here for 1 night as a part of a citybreak. The appt was lovely, with modern fittings. The two owners were very flexible and were happy to work around our schedule. I would highly recomend this accomodation. It is centrally located to access the main sites and there are a good selectin of bars and resaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Perfect locationPosted Jan 22, 2013
Cons: nothing negative enough to mention
Fantastic location, close to everything but in a quiet and beautiful part of the city. Accomodation was everything we could wish for, and had everything needed for a short stay. Pickup and drop off of keys was handled easily and with friendly and helpful staff. There was a little building work ongoing, but it did not detract from the stay. Will be going again.

This location is fabulous but the administration needs some attention, or perhaps hotels.com needs to have clearer communication with the apartments manager... Our host was about 45 minutes later than the time we arranged to meet and then when we went to pay they wouldn't accept American express even though that is the card I reserved with. Nothing in my communications with the apartments manager indicated how they would like to receive payment although he claimed that I was informed. Overall just poor organization, but despite that the place is good and the location is perfect. Knowing what I was getting into I probably would go back.
Great potential!Posted Nov 12, 2012 on Hotels.com
We stayed in the top floor flat. The whole building was still being renovated, so lots of wires on show. No buzzers to the apartment. The flat itself was ok. I think it's overpriced until the work is totally completed.

Nice accomodationPosted Sep 14, 2012
Cons: No elevator, but it's Holland
Location: Good location
It's not a hotel, it's an apartment. You do not have ready made breakfast and anybody to clean you room, but you stay in your own flat in Amsterdam with nice view to the Channel and with real atmosphere of Holland. You can use fully equipped kitchen for any kind of food cooking and clean you room yourself, if you are so dirty creature.

Great apartment overlooking Amsterdam CanalsPosted Sep 2, 2012 on Hotels.com
We were in apartment 11 of Canal Boutique apartments. Very comfortable apartment right off Keizersgracht. About 10 mins walk to Dam square, 15 mins to the Museumplein and 20 mins to Centraal Station. The host of the apartment, Jack, was extremely friendly and spent time showing us around the apartment at check-in. The apartment is perfect for a small family. The Albert Heijn grocery store is a mere 2 minutes walk away from you.
