Der Boden des Zimmers war sehr dreckig und voller Staub, als ob er jahrelang nicht gesaugt worden wäre. Meine Familie und ich hatten ständig ein juckendes Gefühl, und als wir unter die Betten schauten, war es eine Schmutzkatastrophe.
Ich habe den Fall gemeldet und er wurde vom diensthabenden Manager, Herrn Ferrero, inspiziert, aber leider wurde nichts unternommen, siehe Bilder nach dem Bericht.
Dies war eines der dreckigsten Hotels, die ich je besucht habe, obwohl ich wusste, dass ich mehr als 100 Nächte im Jahr in Hotels übernachte.

I really enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport. It was very clean and close to the airport.
