“Airport Jump off Point”

The fact I had to pay so much for parking and the internet is unacceptable. Great hotel but paying that much is just wrong. There is no reason for it.

shutle is free only to the hotel. shuttle is small (for 8 persons ). it costs 7,50 euro per person to go to airport.

“Very good Hotel”

Crown Plaza isn't probably a 5 star Hotel because is located a bit away from Amesterdam City Centre. However, and if you drive it stands very close to the motorway which would take you to Amsterdam in just 20 minutes. It's a great place to stay if you think to use the Schipol Airport, or to explore Holland. Good service, clean, nice rooms ( mine was a 5th floor suite but other rooms are also quite big )and the staff speaks very good English despite not being so friendly as other staff i.e. working in the South of Europe. I would definetely go back.

We got to stay at a hotel that we never would have booked on our own as it would have been out of our budget. What a treat it was.

“The Place To Be Before a Long Flight”

We were a large group traveling with children and the Crowne Plaza was perfect. We were flying back to the USA and had been traveling for 10 days. The Plaza was plush and gave us the comfort we needed.

“Excellent Hotel and the price was extremely good”

I especially liked that they had 110 VAC outlet to charge my 110 VAC tooth brush and cell phone. The curved room had a bank on windows that gave a nearly 90 degree angle of the countryside which is always beautiful in Holland. The staff is very friendly, helpful and speak English well. I always stay at this hotel when I am in the area. The price is very low for all you get. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Perfect for an overnight stay”

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Having stayed in a number of closet size hotel rooms throughout Europe, it was nice to finally be in a very clean, comfortable, normal size room where you could move around. The hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The only downside was the restaurant/bar. The dinner menu was somewhat limited and on the expensive side.

Helpful staff, comfortable, clean environment and within easy reach of the airport. This is the perfect hotel for quick business trips to the Netherlands. This hotel has all the amenities you could wish for, especially if being close to the airport is a priority.

“Nice airport oasis”

Very pleasant place - we've been there three times while using Schipol and will return. Rates are decent and the rooms are nice. Free crib with a smile. Breakfast is a bit pricey but kids are free and the assortment and service very nice: they squeezed our orange juice for us... Charging for the transfer to airport (but not from)is a mystery to me. Pretty cheesy. And parking rates are a bit much. Otherwise nice all around.

“A great place to stay near Schipol Airport”

I've enjoyed Crowne Plaza stays before & this one stood out. First, Expedia gave us a fabulous rate compared to what was listed at the desk. Next, our room, on their Club floor was nothing short of stunning, worthy of their listed rate. Very modern, beautifully appointed, wonderfully comfortable for our last night in Europe before coming home. And the staff were great at the bar & the next morning when I asked about buying the shuttle passes. I'd read their manager's memo explaining they now were charging 7.50 euro to the airport while transfers to the hotel were still free. The desk agent produced 2 'free' shuttle passes & pointed to coffee & orange juice labeled as for flight crews and said "help yourselves". A+++ for both Crowne & Expedia.
