Good facilities in room , excellent breakfast, courteous staff....only complaint was bathroom was ridiculously small ..could hardly bend over washbasin or sit on loo!! ..there should be a warning for tall guys!!

Great location with the nicest, most accommodating staff. On the main floor you'll find a bar, convenience store, and pool table. Room was great and quiet. Only con is the door to the restroom which isn't flush. Also the restroom was small. Didn't really overshadow the awesomeness of the hotel overall. I would stay there again. 10/10.

Great location for transportion, restaurants and late night food. Highend shopping in walking distance as well as Redlight district. I'm a walker so the place was perfect for me.

GREAT HOTEL, EXCELLENT LOCATION - Our group of 8 (all from Canada) stayed at this hotel for two nights prior to our river cruise; we couldn’t have asked for anything better! Our rooms overlooked the Amstel Canal! The hotel is walking distance to everything (coffee, food, shopping)! Everything (literally) was at the hotel’s doorstep! Plus, the staff were great! We all (all 8 of us!) loved the Eden - I’d highly recommend it!

This hotel was in a great location with beautiful canal views! The staff was always friendly and helpful to guide us with transportation in the right direction. The hotel is perfect to reach any location of Amsterdam quickly.

I like supporting "Boutique" type properties rather than large chains. The Eden delivered everything as promised. Friendly, informative and helpful staff, very good location in terms of shopping, transport, and restaurants.

Beautiful rooms very comfortable and most importantly is the way the handle any issues that you might have with your room. Joseph at the reception is very professional and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and he offered it to us to compensate the issue we had with the sink which he managed to sort out very quickly. All and all highly recommended hotel.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Eden. The staff was very accommodating and polite. It was convenient as there was store and a café in the hotel. The location was ideal, right in Rembrandt Square, walkable to so many places I would recommend this to anyone that’s going to visit Amsterdam.

Our first stay at the Eden for the Easter weekend. As we arrived to the hotel (which is easily accessible to the main square and attractions), we were welcomed by the lovely reception staff. We also kindly spoke to the hotel public relations staff who upgraded our room as we didn't have a view. It was a perfect touch to our lovely stay! See you soon x

Very conveniently located, friendly staff and eager to help. Rooms are fine, clean with very comfortable beds (in the newly refurbished wing). Bathroom is practical but not enough light, and towels need renewing, ours were very worn. Will return.

This was a convenient place to stay and the rooms were clean. When I hopped in the shower, the body wash dispenser had not been topped up. It was empty, as was the toilet paper dispenser - a magical combination. Also, cleaning staff never cleaned the room between days, so we had to rinse out the coffee cups for re-use. The room was a nice size and staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable as well. Their cleaners need to be more attentive to topping up supplies.

Loved the friendly staff and the downstairs reception and bar was stunning. Area is fantasy and literally five minutes from Rembrandt Square, where you have the choice of many bars, clubs and restaurants, and also only 25 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station (if walking). Located where everything is within walking distance

Probably the best single room i ever started in. Very modern, clean and light. And with a bath tab. Location is superb — just off Rembrandt square. The hotel's got two entrances to both canal side and street. There's a mini market, bar and pool table on site. Really can't fault anything. Will be happy to stay here again (either alone or with a partner).

Ok. The single room was tiny and the decor a little on the garish side for me. But the bed was super comfortable, shower was decent and they had added lots of amenities (coffee machine with pods and chocolate bars and water etc) which I thought were a nice touch. I would happily stay here again.

Great stay for My husbands 40th
Excellent stay at the Eden Hotel from start to finish arrived on Wednesday evening check in was quick and easy Room was a good size excellent decor, bed was comfortable and slept well. There was a great selection at breakfast and tasted great, was close by to everything we needed

The best stay ever.
Unreal hotel with amazing staff! A lady called Anna checked us in who was really informative and the hotel wa sin THE BEAT location! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The hotel bar was great. Shops was great and fully stocked with good snacks. And the hire room was just beautiful!

Many nice amenities and the staff was very helpful and understanding when our original room was not going to work for my wife and I. The hotel has a small grocery and bear and wind store in lobby. The breakfast they offed was very good if perhaps a tad on the expensive side. (When compared going out to a restaurant it seemed like a pretty good value as Amsterdam is not a cheap city. Location was wonderful and the canal view from our room was lovely. I would stay there again if we went back

Its a great experience to have a 6days stay at Eden hotel, staff are polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, very convenient even we travel with big luggage. Looking forward stay here again when next time travel to Amsterdam.
