“not impressed”
towels and beds very old
“Good 3 Star Hotel”
This is a good and clean 3 star hotel in a good and quiet location. The hotel has been recently updated, and the staff was pleasant.
“Great but expensive”
It was in a good location and had private parking (26euro/day) that was kept private and closed at night. It was very expensive and I thought there would be more amenities such as a fridge, AC, mini bar ect. It was the bare minimum but it worked. It was super hot even tho outside it was cool and raining. The reception area had AC. The breakfast was great and was about 13 euro/per person per day. If you just want coffee and a pastry go to the local cafe.
“Good Amsterdam hotel for reasonable price”
Room was clean; staff was very friendly. Hotel convenient to Amsterdam central area and near the Rembrandt -Plein (square) which has quite a few great restaurants. Breakfast was included and was very nice & filling.
“NO AIRCONDITIONING!! HOT!!!!”
EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL WAS GREAT EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THERE WAS NO A/C, AND IT GOT SOOO HOT AT NIGHT IT WAS UNBEARABLE. BUT IT WAS CLEAN AND THEY HAD GOOD SERVICE, JUST NO AIR WHAT SO EVER.
“Don't waste your money”
Very cheap hotel, should really be called a motel. The room was dark, the towels were of the worst quality (very stiff), the room amenities were bare minimum at best and the bathroom sink was clogged. My only positive experiences were the staff who were professional and helpful and the breakfast was better than expected.
“"Could have been worse"”
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was okay except for the fact that the mini fridge was broken so we had to spend 2.50 euro for a cold drink from the vending machine. Also, our room tended to smell like a backed up sewer. We never did figure out why. But I never saw any bugs and the beds were comfortable. So that's why I say it could have been worse. I'm not sure if I would stay there again, but for the money it worked.
“Great Little Hotel”
Very quaint, a little old-fashioned, but very comfortable hotel with helpful staff and close to sights and transportation. The room was comfy as were the beds. The bathroom was a little out of date, but the water was hot and everything worked. Everything was CLEAN. The breakfast buffet offered something for everyone. The hotel is close to all means of transportation. We favored the 1-Euro Hop-on, Hop-off buses. All in all a pleasant stay at good price.
“Don't be discouraged by the area”
This little hotel was a pleasant surprise, It was clean ,cozy and had a very helpful staff. A little outdated on the furniture, bed was comfortable, breakfast was very plentiful and Delicious. close to stop and go bus {a bargain at 1 euro}. I would recommend this hotel to singles ,couples and families
