“Great location in Rembrandtplein”

My husband and I just returned from Amsterdam and stayed at the Eden Rembrandt Square Hotel. Although we arrived very early and knew that is was no where near check in time the hotel immediately checked us into our room. The beds were so comfortable! We got a great night's sleep. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, modern, clean, simple. We had a view of the garden across the street. This hotel is in a great location! Right off of Rembrantplein, with the tram stop right outside the door. This made getting around Amsterdam very easy. The concierge was very helpful, booking our tickets to a show and hailing a cab for us to the show. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and would stay again.

“Nice place to end vacation”

More upscale that we usually use, but got a great price. Great location, easy to walk to all locations, and tram stop is only a few feet away if prefer to use tram. Large elevators (2). Room very spacious, bathroom was as large as our room in London. Bathroom has tub with shower, plus separate walk-in shower -- but no door or curtain which is common in Europe hotels. No door between bathroom/bedroom, but not a concern for wife and I. No problems at all, friendly check-in staff, concierge went out of his way to get tickets for us. Hope to go back someday.

“Location couldn't be beat”

Not bad for a quick in and out, but space was limited and the room rather small. Excellent location for people who like to shop and hang out with the locals.

“Very Nice Hotel”

The hotel rooms are a little small but very nice. It is located in a great location. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was large and had a good shower. The bathroom was not very private because he has frosted glass doors. The staff was very helpful and spoke English. They stored our luggage for us and had a taxi waiting for us so we could take it to the airport. The air conditioning worked very well. The room had a flat screen tv that also played music. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Great location in Amsterdam”

My husband & I spent 2 nights last of May in the Eden Rembrandt Square Hotel. We were very pleased with the hotel. The staff were very friendly & helpful, rooms were clean, comfortable beds, and great location. Our view was not great but who stays in the room while in Amsterdam! It was a little hard to find due to construction in the area, but a quick stop to ask at the local internet cafe with great coffee & food & it was just down 2 doors. So much to do in the area & the tram stops almost in front. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and service the best but a little pricey. We had a great weekend

“Very comfy beds”

Hotel was nice and clean, staff friendly. Great location. The only issue was the air conditioner / heating machine was above cupboards, meaning the heat wasn't circulating properly so it was abit cold. My friends stayed in a room with no cupboard underneath and theirs was lovely and warm. Would def stay at the hotel again.

“Good Location”

The hotel is located near Rembrandt Square, close to shops, cafes and squares. Typical boutique hotel with all the modern touches.

“Great value, highly recommended”

Very pleasant hotel, with helpful staff and set in a great location as well. We took some things out of the minibar so that we could put some of our own things in there. Later we found out that the minibar is automated, and that the items you remove are immediately added to your bill. However, we explained to the staff that we hadn't actually used anything and they removed it from our bill without any fuss. Couldn't fault the place.

“Great little hotel”

The place was excellent. Service was impeccable, the room was gorgeous, modern, totally quiet and immaculately clean. Superb bed - I slept like a rock. The room wasn't overly large, but that's what I expect - in a city of tiny, tilting buildings like Amsterdam, it probably qualifies as big. The location was excellent - you're exactly far enough away from the city center to find some peace and quiet, yet close enough to walk into the heart of it in 5 minutes. You're about equally distant from the old city, shopping, red lights, the Museumplein, zoo, canal rings... overall, I'd say it's the perfect spot to access the city from. Little extras like free, no-hassle internet workstations in the lobby and a sizeable flat screen TV put this over the top. Felt like we got very lucky to find this one.

Area:

Canal Ring, Amsterdam, Netherlands: The classic Amsterdam image of stately canals, the Canal Loop is principally the Herengracht and Keizersgracht, lined with gracious tall 17th and 18th-century houses. Some of these are now museums, most notably the eccentric Kattenkabinet. The Amstel is a more down-to-earth waterway, lined with houseboats and famous for its classic much–photographed Magere Brug (Skinny Bridge). The floating Flower Market is also a much-loved canal feature.
