Overall the staff were very helpful except one member when I called before the stay to confirm the baby cot and was told it’s subject to availability. Called again the following morning and asked again and they confirmed it was ok. Could do with a couple more staff at breakfast but there was a good spread. Our room was noisy near the lifts which are loud at night. You’re just a little bit out of town but we wanted that for the quiet

Helena was superb & the epitome of the quality you would expect from the Hilton! Accommodations & Amenities were outstanding ... Breakfast was fantastic & delish! The staff was friendly & courteous. Will back in April & June of this year & will definitely stay @ the Hilton!

The rooms were extremely outdated… Seems like they did a half renovation, mixing old furniture with modern, brass fittings with silver fittings… Couches were outdated… The lighting was the worst… Looks like something out of an Austin Powers movie… Hilton needs to clean up it’s act at this location big time. The area is good. The service is baaad, first no one was there to help with bags. One of the elevators wasn’t working for the whole duration , so I had to wait at least 7 minutes for the only elevator. The AC wasn’t working and the room was hoooot. I called them to fix it or change the room, but unfortunately they weren’t able to either fix it or give another room, they sent me a fan. I would never stay there again

When I firstly checked in , I booked family suite room but no room at the time. A manager who in charge of the front desk recommend a connecting room and she gave some vouchers for compensations. I waited for an hour until they changed and arrange my room. Manager handled us with kindness so I could understand the situation. BUT, when checking out , a manager were very rude and she even not had eye-contacting and answered very shortly and charged me 300 euros for water. So I wanted to do double check about that. She asked me like “ why do you ask me?” not looking at me, looking down a computer. I am very disappointed. I didnt know why she rudely reacted.

It’s nice and clean. Away from tourist area in a quiet neighbourhood. We ordered two pizzas from kitchen which were not impressive.

I loved the property and area! At first I thought oh no it’s too far from the city center but it’s such a gorgeous residential area with a tram that easily takes you to the center.
