The breakfast was good, rooms were reasonably quiet in spite of street noise. I think the masters student ftom S America was named Alexandria and Yulia provided better reception as some of their colleagues didn't seem as helpful and courteous. Juliana in the food side was working hard while still being hospitable. The hotel was clean and was situated in convenient place.. The day we checked in it was really busy yet there was one or two agents around that seem to not be helping anyone which added to us longer checking time than necessary. Hotel was clean and location was good.

The hotel was very nice, clean and spacious, breakfast was included and the food was abundant and varied. The area I didn’t like but it was well located as we could go to the Central Station in just one stop.

The checkin was not breezy. Room was provided dirty including used toilet and linen crumpled up. Upon complaining, they sent staff to our room and we were not able to use the room for a long time. Second day, they locked us out of room in the afternoon and then asked us to pay additional room tax, which could've been asked for while we checked in initially. Rude staff as well.

Avoid it if you can !!! Horrible!!
The front desk staff are horrible tmlst of them do not know even the basic information about thier own hotel and rooms. The website mentions that there are safety deposit boxes in the room while the hotel staff 1 lady who works in the evening told me that we did not have a safety deposit box in our room as it was spoiled and removed while the 2 other ladies at the front desk in the morning had another answer. After having my previous reservation canceled that i have emailed confirmation from hotel.com i was told when i arrived at the hotel that there are 2 reservations under my name and i will be charged for both of them. When it was clearly thier negligence but i was told to call hotels.com to resolve the issue. After pleading them to cancel the other reservation the Manger did cancel it and made it seem that it was our fault not them. Thats just top notch customer sevice from hell. The location is all this hotel has going for itself. The area though at night is not safe as you have drunk men standing right outside the hotel door trying to get in all the time.

Room was clean. Close to the train bus and metro which was great and also too busy and crowded with people going in and out of the station. Breakfast was ok. Wish the had more fresh fruit beside apples and bananas. Staff were ok. Didn’t have to deal with them really.

Nice location. No TV.
The hotel was nice and a good location. My issue was the first night the TV was not working and we were told maintenance would come up and fix it. They did not. Five hours later we called the front desk and someone came up and said he could not fix it he is only front desk staff. I asked for a different room and was told no. I asked for a manager and was told she would contact me the next day. She did not. Very disappointed.

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was great. Breakfast is really good, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious, warm and comfortable. It was right beside the train station and it was 10 minutes on the train into the central station. We couldn’t hear any noise from the train station. We would Defintely stay again

Best location.
Love our stay. Breakfast was great although its same menu everyday, would be great to have a variety from previous days nevertheless food quality is superb. Location is the highlight-accessible and convenient to everything. Staff are accomodating and friendly. The only downside was their coordination: my luggage was delayed and informed the front desk it will be delivered in the evening. In the evening, asked the front desk and was informed it wasn't there I had to go to the airport and checked: only to find out it was priority delivered at the hotel. Avia called the hotel and was informed they don't have it, when informed the hotel signed they received, they counter checked and found my luggage was actually delivered at the hotel. So, always double check with the staff there if you are in this situation.

Great hotel convenient location near depot
This hotel was spacious and conveniently location at the transit stop. Made getting to and from all the main attractions extremely easy! We were very comfortable in this hotel. Felt very safe as well since you needed a room key to use the elevator past the reception floor. Rooms were clean with plenty of room for 2. Bathrooms were nice. Breakfast was great each morning and they had a water dispenser we were able to use as well. Check in/checkout was easy.

The room floors and bathroom were clean and looked just like the pictures on Expedia. The sheets were clean, and no funky smells. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Only inconvenience was the electronic key not working and constantly having to have the key re-activated (just a minor inconvenience).

Property right next to rail station, hear trains all night. Lots of unsavory people hanging out in front of hotel and rail station and it’s not clean. Didn’t feel safe. We’re charged $36 euro for tax when I thought I had paid in advance. Checked out early because husband was sick, we were able to change airline ticket si we checked out early. Asked about refund of tax and unused day, was told night people can’t make those decisions. I have to email them to try to get refund, front desk not helpful, breakfast buffet was good, unfortunately we had early flight only ate there one time but was good. Room was clean and modern.

They are getting too busy that they don’t care now
Poor customer service Rude restaurant Staff Unhelpful and rude reception staff Dirty bathroom with lots of hair in shower. Evening reception staff (2 female) on 22/10/23 were very rude and unhelpful I have paid £301.83 for one night plus 43.34 tax and city charges for 3* hotel and they couldn’t offer us a double bed. Me and my wife had to sleep on separate beds and we were on a romantic weekend away. Two female staff at Reception with rude and unfriendly unprofessional tone had no solution for the issue but to blaming Expedia hotels.com. They also said they have no business relationship with Expedia. It was our 3rd time at this hotel and every time we have some sort of problem with their services and their poor customer service takes no responsibility for it. But this was my last time booking at holiday in express especially this one.

The convenient location next to the rail station made our visits to different parts of the Netherlands very easy. We were pleased with the security measures in place. The hotel room was very comfortable.
