The room was clean but had a musty smell. There is an elevator which is good since Dutch stairs are scary. The location is great and the neighborhood is very walkable. The front desk staff was exceptional, very knowledgeable and helpful. This was true of everyone I interacted with while I was there.

This property was very centrally located, and the staff were extremely accommodating. They even opened the kitchen after hours for us. It was a quick walk to everything whether a tour, dinner or excursion. Would stay there again.

Front desk staff SUPER friendly!!! We had the most amazing time. Super convenient area, walkable to so many parts of Amsterdam, the rooms super comfy, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Canal view was a huge plus. Definitely recommend. Close to Tulip Market and cheese tasting and souvenir, thrift, specialty shops.

Great location, hotel room itself a little worn. One thing I can’t figure out is the shower- it’s just one big floor in the small bathroom so there is no way to take a shower without flooding the whole bathroom! With that said, the reception staff could not have been more attentive, friendly, helpful, and personable!
