“Worst Attitude Of Entire European Trip”

We stayed in ten luxury hotels in a half dozen countries during our recent European trip and this was by far the worst experience. The attitude and condescending tone of these "service" employees was truly unbelievable. Yet another "hip" hotel who thinks that just hiring people who wear black and have an attitude makes for five star service. This is not a hotel run by hotel professionals and it was a painful experience to deal with the staff at this property.

“Great location, 4 star”

Location is in a quiet neighborhod just off the main hustle and bustle of the city. Easy access to get anywhere as Amsterdam is walking friendly. Minutes to best museums, great restaurants and coffee houses. Around the corner form the largest park in the Netherlands.

Area recommendations
Seevral different neighborhoods to stay in- and without investigating I can't say- but I booked based on what I read in tripadvisor

“Recommended with Caveat”

Don't expect a room to be ready on arrival before the stated check-in time (P.M. 3:00). Don't get a room on the ground floor near the common area because it is very noisy. The staff is friendly, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is large, and the hotel is conveniently located.

“Perfect”

Perfect location. And when we got there they upgraded our room to a Jr. suite. It was wonderful, and the hot tub was really nice. I will definately go back.
