Friendly staff, room was clean and tidy. Close to cafes and mini supermarket but quite a walk away from main centre. only downfall about the hotel was the stairs, they we're very steep and thin which is quite Dangerous.

Meer hostel dan hotel.Posted May 15, 2015
Pros: De ligging

Really pleasant stay.Posted Apr 24, 2015
We went for 3 nights, the hotel is a 15 minute walk from the centre with some nice bars and shops near by. We really enjoyed our stay, although the room we got was small it was clean and the staff were helpful with anything you needed. Our room was in a separate building to the main hotel which was nice because it felt like you had a little space to yourself.

Great HotelPosted Apr 5, 2015
We recently stayed in the ITC hotel for 3 nights. Our flight was delayed so we arrived late however staff were very welcoming and friendly. Maps and leaflets for all the attractions were readily available in reception, where the receptionist pointed out where is good to go and what areas were considered the best to visit. Our room was situated in the Town House building of the hotel, just over the canal. This has recently been renovated with modern decor and the room was extremely clean. Rooms are quite small and do not have much space for strorage, however they are adequate for the nature of the trip. The hotel is situated 5 minutes away from Rembrandt Sqaure and the neighbouring streets have plenty of bars and restaurants. Very Central and within walking distance of every major tourist destination. Would recommend to a friend and would also return for future visits.

Terrible - would not stay againPosted Mar 5, 2015
Cons: most things.
Location: great for cafes
the room smelled. there was a sewage issue which the staff dismissed as coming from out side. it was so bad i couldn't sleep. the hotel walls are so thin you hear people coughing in the next room as if they're in your room. it was full of loud young british kids who were loud and drunk at all hours of the night, even fighting at 3am in the morning. that's not the hotel's fault, but the walls are so thin, even with earplugs you can sleep. the bed was tiny. the pillow was square and full of pieces of foam, awful. patchy internet as well. not good for business travellers at all. can't sleep well, rooms are too tiny to work.

Don't go in the AtticPosted Mar 4, 2015
Pros: it's pretty close to most tourist things I walked a lot and most things were about a 10-20 minute walk away.
Cons: The very top floor needs some serious attention definitely seen better days and the place isn't that cheap so no excuse really.
Location: close to the modern art museum, the rjyksmuseum, shopping areas and a couple of coffee shops, Dam square is a 10 minute walk
Ok so first things first, This used to be a gay hotel and it isn't any more but really that is by the by. I checked in and was given room eleven which is on the top floor basically its the attic so off i go up the stairs (there are a lot of stairs) this didn't really bother me either, but when I got to the top I was met with a dark corridor with bare floorboards this I found a little annoying as it doesn't give a very good first impression. At 1am I was awoken by a load of people stamping their way back to the room next to mine, these people weren't being all that loud but the lack of carpeting meant that every step sounded like a clomp. Also when the people were in the room you could hear every single word they were saying even with the tv on and again they weren't being over loud the room was really basic but ok, broken bottom draw and the look of a place that could really use some updating.
