Very nice place to stay. Was walkable to everything and felt very safe with key cards required for elevators and staff always present at the doors. Room was nice and quiet with no from any other rooms. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is in the perfect location for me - close to great restaurants, shopping, bars in Amsterdam center, and only a short walk to many beautiful canals and attractions. The staff at Inntelhotel was what I will remember. All were friendly, professional, and helpful, especially Tobias at the reception desk.

It was lovely staying there! Great experience overall! The only thing we didn’t really like was the automatic lights in the bathroom and shower. Kind of disturbing in the middle of the night.

Absolute quality, the level of attention to detail was great, how clean absolutely everything was, how friendly all the staff were, treated like I was family, would highly recommend it to others, it certainly won’t be the last time I visit Inntel hotels, 5 stars!!!

This was our third stay at Inntel. We have always returned due to excellent service and great standards. Unfortunately, we probably wont return a further time. We were given a room in the newly built section of the hotel. We found the room to be very small, our tv did not work and we werent even provided with cups for the coffee. We had to get two separate lifts to reach the room, and for the first time i didnt feel safe in the hotel. I was woken several times in the early hours of the morning by men swearing and arguing in the corridor outside our room, and at one point, somebody trying to get inside our room. Weve always enjoyed our time here in the past, but unfortunately, not this time

Staff friendly and helpful. We arrived early to ask if we could drop our bags off (about 10am) and our room was ready, which was a pleasant surprise. It's right in the centre, so really close to all local attractions with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We were very happy with our choice.

Pretty good hotel for the price. The staff was super helpful. We liked that it was quiet especially being in a busy neighborhood. The room is also spacious!

Hotel is centrally located, 10 min walk from Amsterdam Central Station. If you book any tours, like free tours, they al start from here. Hotel is five minute walk to the canal tours. Shopping and good places to eat around the area. Property is clean, staff is great.

Overall my stay was ok but the room was cold and turning the thermostat to maximum made very little difference as the system kept switching off. Even though I mentioned this twice to the front desk staff it was never sorted out. When you pay a lot of money for a hotel room you expect it to be warm enough

Very good location, clean, modern decor. Didn't have any food so no comments on that. Towels changed after only one day with no instructions to opt out of that, so not good environmentally.

No I won’t stay here again. Let’s start with the good-room is decent size. Ceilings are high which makes the room feel light and airy. Walking distance to police station, train station, and plenty of shopping, restaurants, attractions and a self-serve laundry mat. The pillows are big and firm. They have a free Turkish steam bath, a hot sauna, and a gym. The water pressure is great. The shower had a removable (adjustable) shower head. We didn’t hear any other guests. I bring a sound machine and a portable fan when I travel. Not sure if this covered any outside noise or if the rooms are that soundproof but it was nice having a peaceful room. There is a large Samsung flat screen television on the wall. The entire alley nearby smells of weed. The hotel room smelled of weed. The female lady who assisted me wasn’t overly friendly. She informed me that I had to pay a $31.00 fee to have my husband in the room with me although I had paid $170.00 for a queen bed. The extra $31.00 “upgraded” us to a king bed although we didn’t want a king bed. I didn’t get the city view that I had paid for. Instead I was looking at a wall. No city or view in sight anywhere. The shower was hot and the water pressure was good but there is a huge design flaw in it. There isn’t a door and the water goes all over the bathroom floor even around the toilet. Not sure who approved no door, but they might want to add an additional drain so the water doesn’t go everywhere. There was a stain on the wall.

I had a terrible time from the start my room was faulty kept on ringing alarms and the next morning I got disturbed the guy was fixing my room they did offer me another one but it was in outer building. One good thing I can say yes the sauna was good the steam room was very good as well. The windows in the hotel didn't open all so I couldn't get fresh air

Lovely stay in Amsterdam
This is a lovely hotel. We had upgraded to a spa room and it was gorgeous with a huge jacuzzi bath in the bedroom, a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. I only wish we had a bit more time in the room. The location was good - quite close to the station and close to lots of shopping streets and canals. Although Amsterdam is actually bigger than we realised and it can take a while to walk around. On the second day we made use of the trams. The breakfast was very nice, and the service was good.

Fantastic stay
Lovely stay for one night, the in room spa facilities were a fantastic addition, and more than just a novelty. They really brought some much needed relaxation. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was decent, but probably could have done with a bit more of a selection for the price.
