Cons: Dovreste essere più sinceri riguardo le camere
Location: Posizione ottima
Hotel non degno di 5 stelle, almeno per la camera che ci è stata assegnata, vecchia e sporca, mi sono sempre affidato ad Expedia, ma questa volta mi ha veramente deluso, la camera non corrispondeva assolutamente a quelle mostrate nel sito Expedia, dovreste avvisare che alcune camere non corrispondono alle foto inserite

We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. The room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and conveniently equipped. The location was within walking distance from most attractions.

Pros: The central location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the City.
Cons: The very noisy central heating pipes.
Location: The location is perfect for exploring the city with an array of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
We were disappointed that despite receiving a reply from the Guest Service Team, the Hotel reneged on a promise of VIP treatment inc free upgrade with chocolates and mineral water in room when we emailed to advise that our visit was to celebrate a special birthday.We, in fact, had to pay a room service charge to have a champagne bucket and glasses delivered to our room which we feel is poor Customer Service for a 5 star hotel. In addition to this the central heating pipes made clanging noises the whole night causing a very restless night for everyone.

Tolles Hotel im Zentrum Amsterdams

Pros: Sehr schönhe Zimmer / kostenlose Aufwertung des gebuchten Zimmers auf Businessklasse. (ohne Forderung, sondern von Seiten des Hotels)
Cons: Alles gut! :)
Location: Madame Toussauds / Palast / Einkaufsstraßen / Cafes / Restaurants / verschiedene Museen
Kurzer Städtetrip ins Zentrum von Amsterdam. Ziel war es ein wenig von der Stadt zu sehen. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist, daher fiel die Wahl auf ein Hotel in Bahnhofnähe ( ca. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch)

Nice hotel in great location

Pros: Location. Comfortable Bed.
Check-in was easy, the staff were pleasant and the room had everything we needed albeit in a compact space. The only downside was that the hotel is undergoing refurbishment, so we really only got to see the side entrance and the lifts as there was no entry through the front. The location is fantastic, so if you can get a good deal stay there.

Felt like a second class guest!

Location: Ideally located in Dam Square with all the attractions within a 20 minute walk
Not a good start when having booked, we find out that the hotel is being renovated - why nothing on Expedia to warn you before you commit? Anyway, at check-in we were "upgraded" to an apartment, I suspect that they needed our room for a conference delegate. Anyway, to cut a long story short (more details on trip advisor) the heating did not work, an engineer tried to fix it but we needed an electric heater to keep us warm. Then, having paid significantly more for bed and breakfast since I have stayed previously and the Winter Garden is a wonderful venue to start the day, the facility was closed to hold a Conference reception..... essentially we paid 50 euro to have a breakfast in a conference room where we were herded with NO apology. Again, why was nothing said, why was I allowed to make a decision and pay for something that they failed to deliver? When we complained, we were simply offered a token apology and a coffee... we had just had breakfast!!?? It is obvious that their focus is on the business guest and not the leisure traveller so be warned.
