“Midweek in Amsterdam”

The hotel is only yards from the Riks Museum. There were very helpful staff who were able to let us book in early. Our room was very clean and large. The bar staff were also helpful in pointing us in the right direction for some really good restaurants. The hotel is situated by the canal.

Fantastic hotel in a lovely location. We stayed for three nights, arriving on the Friday and checking out the Monday, and the hotel provided a wonderful base for a wander round the city. The exterior of the hotel is sleek and modern, but still fits in with the quirky style of the district, and faces the canal on Hobbemakade. It's situated just a couple of minutes from the Albert Cuypmarkt and alternately the museum district. Inside the hotel there is a welcoming reception, tidy, clean and with pleasant sofas, not that we had any time to relax there! The staff in turn were pleasant and helpful, we were quickly checked-in without fuss. Our room was clean, spacious and we had a really good bed. Comfy pillows and a range of amenities such as a kettle and TV... not that we used either. As someone who drinks fizzy pop the ice machine in the corridor was useful to keep drinks cool if buying from the supermarket. Another neat little detail was the range of complimentary shower soaps and gels. The fruity lime shower gel was lovely. Would recommend to anyone.

Modern, clean, great location near Museumplein and de Pijp neighborhood. Good value for money, although the high cost for in-room wifi is a negative. (Wifi in the lobby is free.)

“Amsterdam's quieter neighbourhood hotel”

We stayed four days at NH Museum Quarter and enjoyed being able to wander into town via Bakken patisserie and the Cuypt Market. Trams run at the end of the street down into the centre and the Rijk museum is a couple of streets away. We ventured to "Bagels and Beans" for breakfast and had an enjoyable few days away.

I loved this hotel. It was so comfortable and I just loved staying there. Amsterdam is a small city so walking, biking and getting around wasn't a challenge. This hotel was situated in the Musuem District surrounded by a nice mix of hotels and residential areas. It was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was great. Area cafes and restaurants were good too. I highly recommend it.

Just a few words to say many thanks again to the NH Museum Quarter Hotel for a faultless weekend. My 2 mates and i returned Sunday from a 2 night (Friday&Saturday) stay with the hotel which was perfect. The hotel is great for attractions, we visited in one day the van gough museum, diamond cutting jewellers and heineken experience, all within easy walking distance. Rooms are larger than some Amsterdam accomodation i've stayed in and decor is smart. Best of all the staff (especially on reception) are welcoming, helpful and accomodating, all in all making our stay a lot of fun. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as a party destination, it is quiet, well organised and suitable for families, coupes and professionals, which for us was a great retreat from the hectic bars round Amsterdam.

I stayed one night at this hotel in the Museum District. It's in easy walking distance of the Rijksmuseum and van Gogh museum. Their are a few pubs/restaurants and public transport stops close by. The hotel is modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient in the limited interactions I had with them. I'd definitely be happy to stay here again.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the area and about things such as public transportation. The rates were affordable for a hotel of this qualtity. I would definitely stay there again.

The NH Museum Quarter was a lovely hotel. The room was very large and incredibly clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Amsterdam.
