Pros: The bed is comfortable and room is quiet
Cons: The lights above sink did not work. The staff should check all the lights regularly.
Location: Take the shuttle to airport and take a train to Amsterdam.
The bed is very comfortable and the room is quiet.

Pros: The size of the room, the very nice bathroom with a separate shower. Close to the airport but no sound of planes flying over.
Cons: A possibility to have the window open with a "lock" to keep it open as far as you like.
Location: Close to the airport. Things to do nearby, visit Amsterdam.(and for us family)
Hotel staff was very helpful when our suitcases only arrived after two days. We were pleasantly surprised by the junior suite and its amenities. The breakfast was great and also there the staff was really very nice.

Location: not very close to anything, commercial.
was nice, clean and comfortable. nothing really outstanding, just good. My travel ended early and had to head back home due to my father passing away just as i left the US. I had to turnaround and head back home. This was just a stop over to catch the next days flight.

Pros: Close to Airport and breakfast was great.
Cons: Air-conditioning system, information regarding charges as presented on the TV for the entertainment package when included in the package.
Location: Location is close to Airport, bus's & Trains.
We stayed in room 701 and the air conditioning system was not good. I am an engineer and felt that the thermostatic control may have been locked to a certain temperature as the set point would not change. I have experienced many hotels in the world that have a tendency to reduce overheads using this method. I only hope that it is repaired as we let them know on our departure.

Pros: It was very clean and the staff worked very hard to ensure we were looked after. Plus, the band we had come to see were staying in the hotel!
Cons: A pool!
Location: Not a lot and a taxi to Amsterdam costs 60 euros.
The hotel was spotless and the staff were very helpful. However, our room was not ready on arrival and we were going to have to wait for several hours before we could enter our accommodation. As my mother is 78 and frail, I had to pay to upgrade to a business suite so that she could lay down and recover from the journey. However, the service was excellent and the food was delicious, albeit a bit pricy. This is a lovely hotel and worth treating yourself to but not suitable if you are on a budget.
